We can figure it out? I think he is so ♥♥♥♥ing with us. It's pretty straightforward. Probabilities are measured as fractions or decimals between 0 (no chance) and 1 (guaranteed). I take MM's claims of death and woe with a grain of salt - I'm hoping 18 is going to be hard but I'll most likely be switching to a higher difficulty mod when they are updated with 18. One sounds like he's so stoned he's going to dissapear into another astral plane, and the other isn't even english (he's american). Putting everything in XML is time consuming, increases the chance of bugs and that stuff has to be loaded and stored somewhere.
