Same for the football player and cheerleader. That's why those are being eliminated. Party Girl/Mechanic are more generic models and make sense being in more POI's. I also think TFP did that to please the YouTubers, as many of them have to edit the strippers out from their videos in fear of getting demonitized... They said the stripper, the football player, and the cheerleader did not fit naturally into many poi's. If it had to do with youtube, why also get rid of the football player and the cheerleader? If the Pimps wanna have Zs that are more related to the context of the game's setting, footballers and cheerleaders should go away. On the other hand we do need more variety in Z appearances, but more contextualized. We should have more than one healthcare worker zombie and the stereotyped nurse from the fifties should go. There should be hospital zombies in scrubs, some with PPE (ER staff, intensivists), patients with the typical green/blue gown, paramedics (btw why isnt there any ambulances in the game??). Hazmat Zs are good. Soldiers are good, but we could also have one identified as combat medics. More law enforcement Zs shoulde be added beside the acid-spitting fatty. Security guards. Firefighters. Most of the people working in emergency services and public safety should be represented. The rest of the zombie population would be made of common people with widely diversified clothing style. There is a good argument there. But they still have other "specialised" zombies in the game (e.g. solders, nurses, bikers), whom IMO don't really fit "naturally" in many POIs either. All I'm saying is if I can accept 3 cops hiding in various closets inside a residential house, I can live with football players and cheerleaders appear in random POIs... On a side note, maybe it's just in my game, but I often found the old strippers are paired with the bikers (even in the "un-natural" POIs). To me it's a nice touch. I wonder what was the idea behind a footballer that charges when he spots you when any Feral zombie does exactly the same. Ok for variety but this looks redundant to me. I agree but its still odd too see Nurses and cheer leaders inside of homes and business! hell i raided a Home and i counted how many nurses i found (5) Why so many in one house? And I wouldn't mind having a new version for the stripper zombie, besides the new party zombie girl. More zombies design are always welcome. But i dunno if a zombie that can one-shot kill you would be unanimous? It would quite thrilling as far as im concerned, but a bit overkill (no pun intended). I could enjoy a zombie that has this particular behavior – rabid killing machine that targets the person who triggers it – but a feral Wraith kinda fills the role, doesnt it? They also want consistent quality across the board so the chances of them leaving old models in the game files is unlikely. It will be up to the modders to export and readd old models in. The community has a nice NPC creatures pack mod that has the variety alot of you folks are looking for. Head over to the mods forums to check it out. Soldiers were everywhere when the infection raged. Nurses and bikers are very commonly seen irl wearing their uniform/distinctive clothing. When is the last time you saw someone in a football uniform wandering the streets? How many cheerleaders have you ever seen other than in a school or at a sporting event? Devs have said multiple times this was their reasoning for removing those archetypes and the nurse is getting redone so as to not be the sexy nurse halloween costume type of uniform. Some of the places I go have old strippers -- usually the showbar type establishments.. not the actual gentlemans clubs. Some of them are good looking despite their age. I was thinking more along the lines of a zombie that just stands there chanting (but in a crucial path inside POIs) and if triggered, would scream to spawn a horde on you.
