UL has it's own inventory shortcomings and oddities. Such as being fine weight wise til you climb onto your bike then suddenly you're too heavy to ride so you just pick up your bike and walk home instead. Tell me that makes any more sense than some of the quirks of vanilla... ps. UL "developers" is not plural, Subquake had done that brilliant piece of work alone.

You're exceeding number of players it is designed to handle and wonder why it doesn't handle them? 3. You're then adding extra zombies on top of it and somehow shocked at the performance levels? 4. Core count really has little to do with gaming performance. Very few games use multiple cores well. That's just the way it is. Cores will help much more on rendering and other PC tasks but not so much for gaming. 5. Tip - 64 gigs of ram is pretty garbage when it's running as slow as yours is. Why would you throw money down the toilet on 64 gigs of slow RAM? Please for all that's holy do some research before "upgrading" your machine again.

If you haven't seen significant changes then quite frankly you're blind or lying. The game underwent a huge change with A19. So you're complaining about localization not being done with quest location names and also complaining that they're doing too much localization work? Ok then..... troll detected.

I doubt the steel scrap output changed just because the model did.

Simply changing that possible max limit has no effect until you actually reach a gamestage high enough to activate it.

I wouldn't add any other mods on top of it. It's a well done integrated system as it stands. As for tips: Paper - especially early you'll need a lot of it so always grab it off the floor when you see it. The "first" of everything you find do not use, You'll probably need it to make the schematic of it to make more. Example, find a meat stew do not eat it immediately! Scrap schematics and books give point to make new schematics so don't read some off the wall book just for the xp, scrap it if you don't actually plan on using it. Grab the snowberries as you walk around early game, you'll be glad for that extra 20-30 food a day. Enjoy!

Who says you even need a permanent base? There are many people who play this game nomad style. Personally? I play Walking dead style. Warrior difficulty but my zombies always walk, That's just my belief on zombies, they do not run.
