  1. I got lucky D5 and found the Herbal Antibiotic recipe hiding in a mountain man chest in a house. Now the mission is finding mushrooms and some more nitrate. Got to get on it as I have no anti's left at all. Ack!
  2. So, I have a question. I installed one of the extra addons (headshots removed). I copied and replaced entityclasses and items folders with the new folders but when the mod launched they were overwritten. How are we meant to do these so they remain?
  3. Well, it wasn't too bad to fix/save the vanilla world. I went and copied out the folders I had changes in the xmls then verified thru steam and copied the folders back in. I guess whatever got messed up wasn't in anything I had changed so..all set now. Thx for all the help guys, You Rock!
  4. Yea, exactly what I was trying to avoid, losing all my xml changes in Data. Looks like there's no way around it tho. Lesson learned, never open a vanilla game with a mod loaded and never mod the Steam version, copy it out first. Although, unless I'm missing something, wouldn't this happening to a copy not in the location Steam uses STILL have required me to verify files back to pure vanilla to fix? I guess the solution is to copy over pure vanilla folders to my modded copy one at a time to fix and hopefully save SOME of the edits? Is that right?
  5. Ok, hope this is right. First time doing this so............. fingers crossed https://pastebin.com/w7AXMT4H https://pastebin.com/sSndBanB https://pastebin.com/0WKwW2uq https://pastebin.com/2pF2ugav https://pastebin.com/9RCjDjAT https://pastebin.com/k18dqxDD Ravenhearst itself seems to have fixed itself. Logged in today and all worked fine. My vanilla is still borked tho. I assume from opening it from within the launcher.
  6. So I ran into an odd event. I installed the mod two days ago thru the mod launcher. I played til D3 the first night I had it installed. I went back tonight to play and fired up the launcher. Chose Ravenhearst thru the splashcreen and it did it's mod sync and started up. I had no mouse movement, keyboard worked fine, mouse buttons worked fine but no mouse movement. So to troubleshoot I exited the mod and loaded up my vanilla game world. World loaded in and I got a msg saying lost 20 wellness. Odd but didn't think much of it. Had no mouse movement. I then realized I hadn't exited the launcher and that maybe that was the issue so exited game, closed launcher and started up 7dtd from my desktop icon like I always do. The game locked up on Loading Blocks. I then exited again, restarted my pc and tried again, same thing, locks up at Loading Blocks and I can't get any further. I haven't uninstalled the mod yet, or the launcher but if I need to no biggie. My real fear is having to Steam sync my vanilla game back to pure vanilla after all the xml tweaks I have done to it. Any ideas on how to proceed?
  7. You could drop Skippy0330 a line. He puts console content onto Youtube and I know he also uses a "stream deck", whatever that is. He has an open Discord and is very reachable thru there or I suppose also here.
  8. went to cnet and was at least able to dl Hitfilm 3. Maybe at some point it will let me upgrade it to 4.
  9. Hmm, idk, it won't let me dl it. Link says it should open up to social media sites to get a code unless you run adblocker. I don't have any adblockers even installed on my machine but it won't let me dl it. Even going to their FB age the only dl possible there is the pro version. Ah well, it looked promising but seems they are having issues with their site actually functioning.
  10. Wow thx! I went and started a dl. I did see on the site tho that the free demo does not allow export? Does this only include local files or will it also not allow a Youtube upload?
  11. " Definition of content 1 a : something contained —usually used in plural the jar's contents the drawer's contents b : the topics or matter treated in a written work table of contents c : the principal substance (such as written matter, illustrations, or music) offered by a website … Internet users have evolved an ethos of free content in the Internet. — Ben Gerson" Seems perfectly reasonable to me that a Youtuber's work is the content on their channel and they surely did create it. Really? Are we seriously having a hard time with this phrase?
