  1. I wouldn't add any other mods on top of it. It's a well done integrated system as it stands. As for tips: Paper - especially early you'll need a lot of it so always grab it off the floor when you see it. The "first" of everything you find do not use, You'll probably need it to make the schematic of it to make more. Example, find a meat stew do not eat it immediately! Scrap schematics and books give point to make new schematics so don't read some off the wall book just for the xp, scrap it if you don't actually plan on using it. Grab the snowberries as you walk around early game, you'll be glad for that extra 20-30 food a day. Enjoy!
  2. Who says you even need a permanent base? There are many people who play this game nomad style. Personally? I play Walking dead style. Warrior difficulty but my zombies always walk, That's just my belief on zombies, they do not run.

  4. Absolutely wrong. Clubs will go deep into late game and if used correctly all the way thru the game.
  5. Read Meganoth's post above with empirical data. It does not drain your food any more than base digestion and healing by eating food.

  10. Intellect has more weapons than the turrets. They specialize in the traps as well.
  11. Totally agree and that's how Undead Legacy does it. Forge smelts into ingots. Blacksmith's Forge crafts those ingots into usable forms. What TFP is considering with the forge being just a simple workstation is just boring and taking more away from the game. As you say, why ever chop down trees then?

  14. Idk what you're seeing but in all my games the rabbits and chickens are EVERYWHERE! Deer are rare yes, intentionally so. Balance issue and done well imo. Yes snow biome has lots of vicious kitty kats :), again intentionally so. It meant to be a harsh environment and again I say they accomplished their goal well.
  15. Why would they do that when it would negate the entire biome specific system they are coding in? They already get plenty of bogus "bug" reports of no trader which were caused by not having a forest zone as required for initial starter quest.
  16. Speeds are indentical at 9,14. Truck has a higher torque at 5k vs 3k. Uphill force is identical.
