  1. @rickyralph It seems like the rates on your guns might be a little out of line with the rest of the rates. At game stage 51 and have gotten multiple drops of vanilla (got a Q5 AK47 today) weapons of Q2 or better, but any of your guns I have never seen anything better than a Q1.
  2. I think this is a problem with the vanilla game, been seeing this behavior from the vanilla z's as well, with or without this mod.

  4. @Ericbeaudoin I am not normally one to do this, because I do not believe in asking modder's to do more work just to suit my needs . . . But, how hard would it be to add a version of the 1/2 block container that is like the writable vanilla container? Absolutely love this mod, btw. It goes a long way to satisfying an ocd itch.

  6. Hey @xyth, Love this mod by the way. I realized this morning that I haven't actually said that in this thread yet, 🤪 How would you feel about me putting together a screenshot gallery of the creatures contained in the pack(s)? Can't guarantee that this will be a quick process, but something like that added to the OP would probably go a long way towards more supporter's/users of the mod. This is great mod for people who would like to see more variety in the world with out adding a bunch of crazy @%$# like other mods that will go unnamed
  7. It doesn't bother me, as I said I was just curious. Figured it was something like that and being someone who has only recently started dabbling in digital artforms (been doing it the old fashioned way for 30+ years) I had to ask the question. I thought that maybe it had something to do with the lighting changes TFP made and just wanted confirmation from someone with more knowledge than I to see if my thinking was correct.
  8. Actually, in my experience, this more depends on your rig. I am using a system that is just slightly behind the top end of current gaming systems and havent had any trouble running X8 zombie spawns (8 times the vanilla biome spawns).   9. @xyth Finally saw some of your animals in my game, and seeing more of them as time goes on. The variety is nice Also a quick question, more out of curiosity than anything . . . I have noticed that a lot of the Z's from this pack have a shiny/wet look to them, is this intended/normal?
  10. I thought this part was funny and zombie variety is one of the reasons I use this and 0-CreaturePacksZombies. For a game where you literally see and kill hundreds if not thousands of zombies, the models are sorely limited. Lol, both of these things are in the eye of the beholder. If this turns out the way you want it to, I cant wait to get my hands on it so that I can tweak it to my level of fun I will be testing the newest this weekend . . . hopefully and will be certain to let you know.
  11. @doughphunghus I tried your 7D2D-EntityRandomizer and it seems a little bit heavily weighted towards running zombies, lol. Nightmare speed even. Might just been my general bad luck with this sort of thing, just thought I would ask if you had encountered the same.
  12. @xyth Would removing zombies from this mod be as simple as removing the xml references from entityclasses?
  13. Ok, they are in the spawn menu, so it must just a rate thing. Sorry if that came across harsher than I meant it, but the dude literally @%$*#!ed about the models once, was politely asked to cite examples, and then proceeded to come back several more times to @%$*#! some more! Bordering on insulting the creators . . . It is just one of my pet peeves I guess . . . "I am gonna use the free resources you created and provided, and then be impolite when (asking you to change it to suit my wants/criticizing it)".

That's because, like a lot of users on this forum, he can't be bothered to do anything but @%$*#! about someone else's work . . . that they aren't getting paid for . . . and providing to the community for free. On another note . . Can 0-CreaturePackAnimals and 0-CreaturePackZombies be run at the same time? I have them both in my mods folder, and I am getting the zombies, but have yet to see any of the animals?
  15. Still, not natural. Who's to say those cloning them didn't screw something up during the process. Wild predators do not chew holes thru walls in an attempt to get at prey. Like I said, I realize this is a game and it can be rationalized whatever way you choose. It is just one of my pet peeves.

  17. Hence, not natural in a post-apocalyptic game set in the slight future. Without some unnatural influence they wouldn't just suddenly spring back into existence.
  18. My only real problem with the wildlife in this game is the ridiculous level of their aggressiveness . . . I get it that it is a game, and gameplay generally beats realism . . . but any aggressive, wild animal chewing its way through a wall or a metal door to get to me? A zombie animal I can see behaving in such a manner, but a coyote? A wolf? A snake FFS? Even considering the end of the world/apocalypse scenario, I can't see that happening. Maybe I know too much about animal behavior, both before and after the presence of humans. The specials, like the dire wolf, don't bother me as much because they obviously aren't natural.
  19. I disagree, I have seen other mod authors change the localization (i.e, changing the description of a perk or item) Unless I am way off base here . . . which I have to admit is entirely possible.
  20. No worries. I was just curious if it was deliberate, an oversight, or something I did wrong/didn't understand. Love the mods, btw. I laugh every time I kill a zed with the rolling pin 🤣. Do the club mods show up on the models?

  22. Quick question. Been using your Wasteland mod (thats the one that adds all the weapons, right?) and wondering why I can't scrap some of your items (for example, the rolling pin, tire iron, or crow bar)?
  23. Potentially a stupid question here . . . Does /append tell the program where to look for a new localization file?
