  1. Good day Damocles I made a map using v 0.351 and something strange happened .. a 1/4 of the map was WaterWorld .. in the form of a Wall of water to the flat lands .. ( I should have taken a screenshot but didn't think of it fast enough before deleting it .. But here is the Generator sheet for your viewing .. don't know if it was just a one time deal or not ( Did not try to make that one again ) .. but did restart load twice to make sure it wasn't just a load issue and the wall was still there: Just Strange .. Maybe 8+ block high Wall of water .. All water on one side as far as the eye could see ( you could see a couple roof tops poking out of the water here and there ) .. and .. stopping behind one of the Traders back down to normal ground level on the rest of the map. Boy wish I took a screenshot now. Anyway .. Have a good one … the Old Gamer ..

  3. Glad you were able to find it .. I have a youtuber that uses my maps after I check them out for balance .. But one thing I have noticed .. Is when I do .. Traders .. Lots .. (near towns) .. it will group a lot in one location area .. as in the map I'm checking now .. I have 4 in the SW Corner and 5 in the NW corner and the rest are here and there .. Is there a way to do near and not so grouped .. Just wondering .. I can live with it myself .. but was wondering. As always .. Have Fun and Enjoy … the Old Gamer ..
  4. Damocles .. Here is a File copy of my basic maps .. I made ( 1 ) change to ( few ) on Big Lakes and it Ran .. OR .. make the change on ( Traders to many instead of Lots and leave big lakes as default it Will run) .. so it is something between the 2 of them .. that makes _ Array Index Out of Range happen. Just wanted to let you know. Thank you for a great tool
  5. Yep .. Same here ,, reduced it to the 8k and it ran .. world mapping was 560/560 in 4 min _ 13 sec and my 12288 world normally take between 10 to 13 minutes. Preview looked good .. But now need to check the real thing.
  6. Damocles Question .. I just tried to generate 1 of my 12288 maps on the new version A 0.341 and I got a message saying: ……….. ( Array Index out of range ) .. a first for that .. is the new build limited on size.
  7. Damocles Well .. gee-wiz .. and I JUST made a perfect world in v 0.31 using smoother and really liking the way the roads turned out. It took 13min _16sec to make my 12288 map and had 135 items of map making … I'll keep that .. And give v 0.32 a try later .. UNLESS you update again before I get a chance. Really enjoying this map maker. Thank you … the Old Gamer .. PS .. I never really like gridded streets .. that is one reason that I'm using this .. Can grid be an option .. just wondering.
  8. Damocles I personally love the Old style of roads .. asphalt and grass .. makes it seem so much more real .. There is No one to maintain them .. just wish there were a bit more of them. I've been making several 12288 map and they are working really well so far .. but tried to add DF and RH prefablist.txt and messed them u pretty much .. went back to your set-up .. until I figure out what I did wrong .. Had hardly any building in the city and I was trying to do many and Large .. just didn't work out. But I'm loving the maps that I've made so far with Nitrogen .. Just wanted to let you Know. … the Old Gamer .. As always .. Have Fun and Enjoy

  10. Sphereii Are you having issues with Launcher … the Mod BorderlandZ keeps drop out as Not installed .. Started several hours ago .. Played this morning .. No issue .. Came back in guessing around maybe 2pm EDT .. the Mod wants to install again .. even thou it is in the folder as it should be .. at that Time .. I thought it best to uninstall Mod and reinstall .. and it ran fine for a couple hours .. stopped to eat .. Just came back and the Launcher is acting as it is not installed again .. but everything is in the folder as it should be. Any help .. not sure what to do at this time _ Thank You … the Old Gamer ..
  11. Good day KhaineGB Any suggestion on how to make .. crates, pictures and like .. focused better .. they are all blurred looking or is that a Vanilla issue with game .. I also noticed it in 2.10 .. but haven't played since then .. Reinstalled mod and updated game this morning and somethings just look out of focus at times .. even dirt and bird nest at times .. I have plenty of ram and running 1070ti card .. so it's not that .. this is the only 7d2d game that I have noticed it on. Just wondering .. as always .. Have Fun and Enjoy … the Old Gamer ..

  13. @ Damocles Good day and I'm new to your generator .. a couple questions 1 .. What is the default count on Traders ?? .. could not find anything on numbers .. my 1st map .. I used default and put it random placement .. but in cm I could only find 1 on half of the map at 8k version ?? 2 .. How are the roads supposed to work ?? .. found a couple missile silo's in the middle of no where and they had no roads to them or even near them. Just wondering on that. I DO Like the Old style maps .. compared to the New Flat World maps that are in game now .. We asked for flatter Roads and GOT Flat worlds to go with the roads .. a bit Cheezie on the Fun Pimps part. I will try and make a newer map with some changes to defaults this time … But for sure do like this tool. I was doing old school and trying to alter the rwgmixer.xmi … but I did get rid of wasteland .. then had the problem with to much burnt forest and a 50/50 on snow and forest which was OK .. just couldn't get the balance right. Anyway Thank you … the Old Gamer .. …….. with almost 4000 hrs in 7d2d.

  15. Good morning Sphereii Hoping it is anyway. Question .. With A 17.3 Stable out .."cough" hoping it is. Anyway .. There are going to mods that are Updating to A 17.3 and there will be some that will not right away still needing A 17.2 .. Will the Mod Launcher keep the 2 separate as needed or is this going to cause an issue?? Right now I have A 17.2 running .. have any helpful advise for this Old guy .. The main one I'm thinking will be ( BorderlandZ ) his Stable needs A 17.2 .. But Rucky is updating his Experimental version to A 17.3 and I'm playing both at the moment.   17. Thank you sphereii for the reply .. Nope never use EAC I will try again .. maybe I just a bad install and like I said it took forever to just load up. I did uninstall all .. so lets hope on the retry. Will let you know if same issue pops up. Have a great weekend Edit with a PS: I think I found the problem is with the 2k part of the mod .. Dust2Death under minimum requirements … SSD a must .. and that is a First .. Mod Launcher itself is on my Steam Game Drive and is a 500gb SSD .. but all the mods go to and loaded on Storage Drive 2 TB HD 7200 and never had an issue, even with other 2k games that required a lot of space. So I'm guessing Vanilla version will run, just not 2 or 4k version. Kinda a bummer. 1 more edit .. my Ravenhearst 2k runs just fine .. don't understand why the difference. Any Hints

Good day Sphereii I have a question .. on WinterProject A 17 on the launcher I tried to play it in the 2K version and it would not launch .. took better than 20 minutes just to install .. but finally did .. Pre-sync .. Hit play .. the fun pimps screen came up and went away .. got the music .. but only thing I had was a black screen after and waited about 5 minutes and nothing .. is it not compatible with A 17.2 or is it only A 17 Thank you and have a great weekend … the Old Gamer ..
  19. @ Devrix Have a question .. Why are there 2 version of this on the Mod Launcher .. 1 is called " Sorcery " and the other is called the " Fantasy Mod " ?? Both are linked to the same home page. Just wondering … the Old Gamer ..
  20. After you set localization file and if mod launcher … DO NOT PRE-SYNC and TURN OFF AUTO Update game ( 'Refresh Mods Automatically )' .. This is causing your problem .. it happened to me a couple of time .. Because I forgot.
  21. @ Devrix A question for an old guy .. will this auto update in the DF game ? .. OR .. Do I need to uninstall the modlet and then reinstall it for the update to happen and then recopy local file text over as normal .. Using the Mod Launcher .   23. @ KhaineGB Have 2 Question .. 1 .. is the Big Forge suppose to burn all over when in use and smoke like this when just sitting: 2 .. Do you have ghouls in 2.04 like Ravenhearst has for his nights wandering around .. Because I had one jump me outside of a Trader at night .. no problem killing … BUT it is the FIRST one that I have seen. Thank you … the Old Gamer .. PS: Just a thought .. SP .. I'm not having any issues with Scavenging .. just read post above.
  24. I'll have to try again .. because that is what I was thinking and had it in my inventory .. but it would not repair and repair didn't even come on or light up as to work .. " I had fire and ice essence on me like 50 of each, thinking that should be enough " I will try again later .. Oh .. this was on some Trans armor if that makes a difference I picked up.
  25. @ Devrix Have a Question in reference to Repairing Armor .. I tried a couple of thing and nothing seemed to work .. so I just made new. .. And .. I did not find anything that pointed me in the right direction in your forum or I just missed it. Playing Darkness Falls v 2.04 and your 0.692 modlet using the Mod Launcher: I know this isn't important .. but my Current Base: (still not done ) Just a thought From … the Old Gamer ..
