Jedo
As ive said countless times already, I dont dislile the community only the attitudes of some members and how they tell others what to do. ... If you think I have an attitude problem then im sorry but thats your issue. Ouch! Who just threw this book labeled "Irony"?
graphite
No dissing team members please...it wouldn't be tolerated if we had forums! I got your back Graphite! Thanks We need to optimise more on the block count To cut it short we went to draw a map and the turtle went beserk I have enough block data params for x and y but no z Can we extrapolate x and y to get z ? Ouch Quit It
Ouch! Who just threw this book labeled "Irony"? I'm not telling anyone what to do...just reiterating forum rules ..if we had one. Rules is rules...otherwise chaos would follow...Ironically! - - - Updated - - - if z is only 1 the problem is solved Ooooh...you're hired ..Welcome to the team!! graphite
Bad news investors have cut funding due to no dlc on account of no multiblock dims. I am currently working on a logo frontend for clang with a backend targeting zilog. Goodnews we can keep the IL bitcode intact so i let you work out the ETC on that part of the project. This will be last message until launch unless the turtle goes beserk again.
ZombieToad
Super lols for the telling people what to do quote of my post. The Pimps should make things distinct, as the second half of a conditional. Thats not me telling them what to do. It is me pointing out a disjunct between what players seem to think our jobs and the pimps jobs are as forum posters and the limits to what we can request, and realising that hasnt been clarified by them. So then I should say, if those players are right, then it is a necessary clarification to be made. Better? Lols. And see, Roland, that wasnt too hard now was it. (Although Roland is a troll, so maybe he never asked the pimps anything? )

graphite
The turtle went beserk again We still have the ip and royals turbo turtle alogorithim. Im going to handcode a parser on a model from a university thesis top down bottom up look right ahead 4 recursive. Im stuck though and everyone i ask online tells me to read the damn dragon book. I have the latest brown edition but it doesnt have the funny picture on the front like previous editions so i dont have anything to look at when i am sad. If you have this problem i suggest gluing a favorite picture on the front i have that one with cats with yogart pots on there head you know team goals. graphite
Keep on getting compiler warnings with error code OoOE processing disabled. I am just going to supress warnings because one more flag is better right more flags more goodness. I dont like llvm bitcode we can do better how about ternary graycode packed duodecimal instead of 6 bit for the 64 chars.
graphite
Important message to all 724hptpa team members. Those who use the kitchen can you please tidy up after yourself! The place is a total shambles it could be habitated by tribe homoerectuses with less mess. Also important lead programmer cannot find important design brief material and needs to know any information on its location. It is a orange coloring stick drawing on carboard (inside of a cookie packet) last seen in the kitchen.

graphite
I cant get any comprehensive sense out of the lead programmer all he keeps saying is the plans for the deathstar went in r2d2 and pointing to a swingbin. On further discovery i found the design but it is compromised its integrity is 64% readable condition. I need assistance so anyone with experience in restoring crayon on cardboard and extensive knowledge of state machines and UML charts must contact me so we can continue with the AI. graphite
MM stands for masterkey multipliers Ok you ate the yoghurt thats ok Everyone keep calm. You still have the pot right. The label is the important bit. The barcode batch number and best before date are the numbers to the encryption key. Secure the pot at all cost otherwise we will be locked out of signing anymore builds or patches.
graphite
We got the go ahead for the selfcoding logo AI project its temp project name is Theseus the mouse we have 4* rasberry pi mk2 supercluster to power it just need more instructions from tech lead royal on what to do with baremetal Can we bootstrap with a erlang beam engine and are we going to outsmart watson? Rolling Update We wired up gpio pins to leds to the Pi supercluster to get a visual output to debug the kernel and everything was working fine. We then installed an experimental beam build with a JIT and everything went haywire. To cut it short we baked Pi and went thermal on all 16 cores. Lead programmer has some ideas but we need the expertise of a electrical engineer who knows about A53 cortex. Lead programmer suggests putting into kitchen microwave for 10 mins each to enable solder reflow. After that they had the idea of custom heatsinks. They suggest the team can make a forge in a wastepaper bin and melt beercans that can be aqquired from around the floor of the lead programmers office. Hammer them into shape with are shoes and glue them to the cpus. Have not obtained adhesive yet but does anyone know what temp rating pva is ? Also we need to relocate the supercluster server room as the building manager demands that the cleaner has his storage cupboard for his equipment back. Even though the setbacks i feel positive will feel the benefits when the theseus the mouse and the logo turtle are hooked up and fully operational. graphite
We have relocated HQ to lead programmers parents garage after the kitchen pi incident. The building manager of the previous HQ will not release any personal belongings until damages are settled. This has caused a problem with animation artist as there prized collection of cartoon vhs cassettes and player was stored in there office. They have no inspiration now so any media you might think enlightening can you bring to the HQ as all we have at the momment are old radioshack catalogs of lead programmer. We give a warm welcome the new fx artist who has just arrived from college they dont have a name instead a symbol which is like a number 3 rotated 33 degrees with a LH guillemet though it. If for any reason there name is needed please refer to them as AKA rTkid. Until more hardware is aquired the theseus ai project is suspended. Work is being furiously carried out on the compiler toolchain we briefly looked at GCC but found it far too complicated so we carrying on with building everything from scratch as llvm require back and front ends so we might as well build the rest. We are also investigating the loop programming language with the aim of extending it to be able compute the Ackermann function for complex collision calculations we need for the new engine that supports multi dim blocks. We call this the backward behind bubblesort or BBB or the pet name busy beaver boris. Because of the pi incident all are tech books are being held hostage by an angry man so we will have search online where ever we can to find the info we need google is are bestfriend and will never let us down. graphite
The audio team are back from holiday and have got fresh copies of workbench 1.3.3 and extras to go with there amiga. Octamed pro tacker software is are current audio production tech but we are still rocking the chrome cassette recorder for that authentic vintage sound. Everyone will have to come down for a listen and marvel at the graphical vu meters , but not everyone at once and we cant have it too loud because of the neighbours (1pm-1.30pm). The anim artist has cheered up after we found some dan dare books and a kerplunk in lead programmers attic and even did some dancing to one of the audio teams demo tracks. Unfortuntly fx artist has quit due to the resident cat using his box of kpop magazines for a litter tray apparantly irreplacable. We have found out other engines have the capability of offloading work to server so we will implement as soon as we get more hardware, if we have the idea we can build no matter what. And that is are new motto "if we have the idea we can build no matter what" Sky is the limit woo woo go team go. Well apart from current engine is 1 block to skybox but next gen we have multiblock power. Slight problem we may hit are net bandwidth limit so we will lose this means of communication but we have stamps and jiffy bags for media so all is not lost. graphite
We are looking into side projects to fund the currently suspended projects and have 2 options currently on the table. We had an offer of a prize of beating the current record of precision of square root of 2. We currently have working code for 8 places but are making leaps and bounds every hour with ideas and optimisations. We looking at computing rsa prime numbers as this also doesnt seem a complex problem. Lead programmer said some old guy has a colander trick that we can use he just needs to remember his name it begins with U. On success of these side prize projects we can fund the hardware to carry on fully with the project. If you goto the lounge there is a overhead projecter set up for a slideshow but you need to be out before the tv soaps start as we cant face another eviction. On the engine front we have by lucky discovery a new type of stealth enemy AI you cannot see or detect it , it just randomly attacks you at any momment without warning when your doing anything the world just has to be loaded. There does not seem any computational overhead for the AI and with no model or physics it is easy to debug so we know its working 100%

graphite
Rolling update for 724hptpa members. New investment backers have been found and a promise of new CDC hardware is on the way. Lead programmer is investigating finding a new optimisation technique for the inverse square of a 60 bit floating number. Aparantly this is the key to us creating infinite map sizes to go with are multi block dim blocks. They have a floating point data type for the 60bit registers of the cbc cyber 170 we are waiting on. They are stuck at the part of the magic number for the inverse and currently without 60bit hardware and is working with what we got. I have been assured that trying to find bitshifting patterns with pen and paper and makeshift abacus is not a waste of time and worth the effort. We also looking at increasing player count for the single player game because this has not been done before. We working on a timesharing model from the unix systems where players take it turns to play a single player game. We dont think we can let the player who is not playing watch but can play some music and step though 0-255 of grayscale in a splashscreen. The power outage caused by the audio teams 15kw display laser overloading the fusebox has now been recified. I personally dont understand why you need a a display laser designed for a rave in a garage but they still insist the laser is required when auditioning demos for immersion reasons. I insist that there are no raves or events written into the story so this is not required but in response they threatened to walk taken there production equipment with them. So i request to the storyline writer that some sort of event involving loud music and visuals is written into a post nuclear apolyptic world. Only suggestion i can make is the party is for the aliens that have just made contact with the human race as we know they dont come in peace and partialy nuke the planet and introduce the zombie infection. I am not sure alien invasion and mutation has been done before so this will be exciting new ground for the playerbase to experience. We welcome the new members to the team and look forward to there input and introductions.
