It makes sends given the number of Teslas on the road these days. I'd also like to propose an electric golf cart as another EV...call it a Tier 2 (slower, less storage). I don't think an EV is necessarily quieter than an ICE power vehicle though (loud exhausts mods not included). Most of the noise a car makes is from the tires and the hole it punches in the air (except at idle obviously).

Most of the time there's enough clearance it could hover 1 block higher...so not in my face but within easy reach. For those other times, we'll deal with that...

Hopefully. Teddy Bears are one of the scariest things ever...when running the teddy mod on your drone and you turn around quick in dim lighting..."BEARRRRRR:...oh wait...stupid drone...' Even knowing my drone is pretty much right behind me I've had a change of pants moment...and more than once. 😕

He didn't say an M60 auto-turret (he mentions an auto-flame thrower and auto-sledge)...I believe he means a fixed M60 you place down like a turret but operate it manually. A machine gun nest. Cool idea...it'd give a purpose for the M60 for me (I never use them, preferring the Tactical)...I'd place one over my gate.

I recently for a new Logitech mouse with macros ('cause the Razor software for my keyboard blows) and have been using that. One button for W and one for E...so much better to be able to remove my hand from the keyboard once it a while. I've lobbied for auto-run/cruise control in the years past and still believe it should be a thing. Really, given the long play sessions this game is built for, it's almost a health issue. My gripe is the shovel can be used to harvest it. It's my opine that the shovel should ignore grass and just go for the dirt block. I do like having it though, make my world feel a bit more organic.

Yes, as Fenris says...search for 'Narrow'...that should bring them up. Make sure you're searching all blocks and not a grouping.

I've said it before as well. You should IMO be able to upgrade existing weapons with the parts you find. So that L1 pistol you found could be upgraded with x number of parts to a level 2 once you buy into the Pistol skill. The way it is now (and has been for a while) makes crafting weapons and those weapon parts useless most of the time (maybe not for everyone for certainly for me in 90% of my playthroughs.

Agree...now task that same person with tweaking the crossbow. As is it's kinda OP...but you could reskin it as a laser for the INT tree

You travel that way in the past? Kill some zombies with your bow then leave that area? I think it's the same thing as killing a zombie on the road then finding it's corpse there days later because you left the chunk before it despawned.

Allow them to remove the block, but if a structural issue is detected by it's removal, it would leave a 'ghost block' and a limited amount of time to place something back there (or give a confirmation prompt that you want to proceed...Y=remove and collapse N= replace with the block that was there).

Same...don't recall very many forges outside of traders. Probably your best bet is to keep searching newspaper boxes and other sources of books (including traders as Fenris mentioned). Still, mid to later game I start investing in INT and the relevant perk to gain the massive bonus when forging steel so it wouldn't be a total loss if you go that route either.

That book icon is either open (if already read) or closed (of not read). It's small and can be hard to tell but if you hi-light the book in question it will bring it up in the larger panel and be easier to discern if you've read it or not. I different colour would be helpful though.

Heh...the name of the company is the Fun Pimps. Not exactly classy. I've often wondered if the devs ever regretted choosing that as their name.

Better Barter opens up the super secret stash stuff though. Sometimes when you just can't find that schem or item via looting or whatever, it might be available in the secret stash. Also, it's the only way to get solar afaik. Not that solar is needed but it's kinda nice to 'set and forget' for light-duty electrical power. As for Charismatic Nature...I've been playing SP since my best friend died last year, but we always used to use it.

It's dirt. Not a rare resource and not really worth the effort IMO. Though probably it will get addressed on a balancing pass at some point.

I'd like to see us be able to upgrade items with weapon parts. I found a level 1 Drone in my latest world a few weeks ago. Now, being L10 in INT and having 40 or so robotics parts in my box, I'm still stuck with my L1 Drone because the schematic is proving to be so rare. I've got all these drone mods ready to be used but can only use one at a time so I'd very much like to be able to upgrade that L1 drone that's become my (sometimes annoying) little buddy. Same goes for that L1 pistol I found in a toilet. It would be much more rewarding to perk into pistols if I could upgrade my pistol each time I spent a point...rather than hording those parts until I max my crafting skill (by which time, as others have mentioned, I've usually found a purple).
