  1. Read the pinned topic about posting a problem. Specifically, we need you to post your log file using pastebin. Instructions are in the pinned thread. Once we can see your log, someone can probably suggest a fix. Without that log, no one can help. As for refunds, those are handled by Steam.
  2. Still seeing a bunch of missing custom prefab files, other than that no errors. Can you possibly join a vanilla server with no mods and post the the log if you have the same issue as with a modded server??
  3. Your log file is pretty clean, just missing a custom prefab file, and it ends abruptly with no errors which also supports everything said above that you have a hardware issue that the game reveals. 7 Days is a heavy stressor on the cpu and ram which is why it happens with 7 Days versus some other software/game. If you follow the others advice, you’ll discover your issue.
  4. Could the ground be heaped up in front of the door so they are actually hitting the top of the door while it appears like they are hitting air? Whenever I set up a large door entering our base compound, I level the ground and place blocks in 3 rows on either side of the doors just for this reason and would be my suggestion for you.
  5. Hmmm.....a bunch of errors though not sure if they are 'normal' errors due to mod or if they are a real issue. First thing, I would use the Game Launcher->Tools tab and check/clean all boxes. Second, try verifying game files......twice or three times. Lastly, reinstall WotW as some of the errors mention missing files/attribute. If you do all of this and you still can't join the server, I'd go to the WotW forum and ask there. Maybe someone else running that mod has run into this as well.
  6. Go to the Game Modifications(Mods) section of this forum. There are pinned threads that list all the mods and what they do for you.
  7. Try posting your log file here using pastebin so someone can look for errors. Usually with issues playing the game, the answers are in the logs. Instructions on how to do this are in the pinned topics above.
  8. Can you post your log file using the link generated by pastebin? Instructions are in the pinned topic of this forum. That will give us the most information to help solve your problem. Thanks.
  9. Yeah I only use the Steam option to invite friends and have never used the game option so have no idea of its functionality.
  10. Or dynamic resolution? On my old gaming laptop with a gtx 980m, when dynamic resolution was first introduced, when moving fast the resolution really downgraded until I slowed down then it turned up again.
  11. Interesting. I’m a huge fan of Logitech mice and keep buying the G502 because it has been flawless for me. I don’t use a controller at all which is why I probably haven’t had the problem you have. Glad it’s fixed though it’s still curious why you need the controller turned on.
  12. I agree with everyone here....most likely power supply. If you have a multimeter, there are online guides that are very simple that you can test your rails(pins on the 24 pin adaptor). It's easy, cheap and accurate plus costs no money, only the pain of unplugging. Power supplies are finicky little @%$#s. Generally, I take an easier yet slightly more expensive track.....I always have a backup power supply so if I'm questioning the ps, I'll just swap out and run the rig with the replacement until I take time to test the potentially faulty supply.
  13. Most games have anticheat systems to combat people with these hacks but every time the react to one particular hack, the hackers find another way to exploit the system. It’s a cat and mouse game that has not been won. It’s no different than the hackers exploiting operating systems and the same cat and mouse game with antivirus companies. If the OS keeps getting hacked, how do you expect a piece of software from being hacked? The onus for this, at least with 7 Days to Die is with EAC not the Fun Pimps. Hackers be hackers.
  14. Don’t worry about the disabled route analytics warning….it’s in everyones log and not a problem. Your new log is clean so the problem is only that first save. It’s too bad you have to start over but at least you know that you don’t have a continuing issue that needs resolved.
  15. Can you post your log files from one of the crashes? Use pastebin to post it here.
  16. Yeah that error is still there. Here's a way to determine if it's a connection problem or a save game problem. Generate a new seed and join. Run around a few minutes then quit and post the log from the new map. If that error is still there, there is something going on with your network. If there is no more error, I'm sorry to say that you've lost that save.
  17. Bizarre, that should have solved your issue. Do me a favor and try something......delete your prefab folder then verify your files twice again. It will redownload the prefab folder. The error in your first log showed missing prefab blocks when generating roads. Do you happen to be on a wireless connection? Do you have any odd internet issues? I'm just trying to understand why the files aren't downloading correctly.
  18. That line is very normal and is in everybodys log. There are a ton of “[NM] DataRecieved: Bad!” errors in your log. Sometimes this can be a networking issue, sometimes an antivirus issue and, in at least one case, I don’t think a cause was discovered. Try excluding your game folder and save folder from your antivirus. Make sure that you have the correct ports forwarded on your router. Try, if at all possible, to use a wired connection instead of wireless as there are many things that can cause just enough disturbance to lose data over wireless. There is also the possibility that your save was corrupted although I don’t see it in the log but your description of what you guys are seeing really sounds like it. Could you have posted the wrong log?
  19. Many times issues with EOS can be resolved by excluding your game folder from your antivirus software however posting your log file here will get you a definitive answer.
  20. I'm really not sure if it will help but I'd try excluding your saves folder from your antivirus. Like Meganoth said, the game is having trouble reading your saves folder. I'd also suggest cleaning your game files. Bring up the game launcher, select tools tab and check every box then hit clean. After that verify your game files twice as once doesn't always catch any errors. If your pc crashes and restarts then your issue is not the game but something outside the game and I'd do what Meganoth suggested.
  21. To attach your log file, go to pastebin.com, copy and past the log there and it will generate a link which you will put in your post.
  22. Additionally, if it is happening on multiple computers in the same house, I would worry about a connection issue. I have the exact same issue. I have a cable modem that records upstream and downstream power levels of my internet connection and my issue was too low upstream power levels compared to published levels. I am having to work with my internet provider to fix this so it is not a problem with 7 Days game.
  23. Unfortunately there is not a way to do this. There have been bugs with drones doing what happened to you as well as getting stuck below the map and no one has found a successful method for dealing with it. Someone did request a tool for that but as of yet we don’t have one. I’m sure something will come down the road.
  24. A copy of your output log should be what is needed to submit a bug report. If you don’t know how to find the log, it’s usually located in your 7DaysToDie folder and you will have several looking like output_log followed by a series of numbers indicating the day and time it was generated. They are made each time you start the game whether or not you get a crash so submitting the correct log containing the crash is important.
