Can I have your log file?

So it is the drone - but its tricky because some logs have basically shown that you do not even have to use it. A user recently showed me an example of logs with drone but he never once even used or summoned one. If you are right and it is not the drone ai or subroutine please show me a log of next time you get the error. It very well may not be 100% the drone but I need a log that has proof to believe that.

So are we never getting new water related things then? I know 2 years ago it was toyed with @faatal I know zombies can swim which does make water a bit more interesting but I also caught wind of potential sharks - zombie sharks and just a bit more ocean based polish. (If that is not accurate I understand - I did hear it 2 years ago and just become an active forum poster after that a20.4 debacle.)

a20.4 kinda requires a hotfix. Honestly waiting with bated breath as a server owner / hoster.

Uh, I don't speak Russian but as long as you only use drones as a zombie sensor they are fine in a20.3 however they break from existing in a20.4 IE a hardlock. (Only affects mp not co-op multiplayer)

You will get a simple red box saying 'Region option not available ignoring feature for each character also all drones are broken otherwise works fine.' Install https://github.com/dmustanger/7dtd-ServerTools/releases/download/20.3.4/7dtd-ServerTools-20.3.4.zip You need to delete drones entities just enter dm and type 'le' find the drones listed and then type st-er or maybe it was st-re then hit space type IDNUMBEROFDRONE click enter then go to the world save located here (X is your assigned drive mine is S:)X:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Saves delete this and all will be well. Its located in the world save file by the way example '\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Saves\West Fujapiju Valley\0014' Otherwise even though the drones are gone the icons wont be. Can an admin pin this for now?

Wow mod way to eat foot - Op said a20.4 you clearly say you are running a20.3 the problems he is having only affect a20.4

It never gets scurbbed in that world. If you make a new character it "manually" gives you a bit of play time. Let me know if just never using drones makes things work - I might make a mod that makes them unattainable except by ADMINs if the game doesn't currently suffer a memory leak.

They broke the cleanup code on the drone and it is clogging up the back and fourth data on the serialization stream. (Think of it as an hourglass but sand never ending on top; eventually times up.) Coding out the drone or disabling it in game could fix things but we don't have access to that code.

Yeah the only real solution for now is fall back to 20.3 without knowing exactly what code was changed we cannot properly diagnose what broke. Please bring traction to this suggestion.

I too am plagued. The only thing I have been able to assess is they broke the harmony module which is apart of sharp and unity. I am beating my head against my keyboard trying to fix this. That won't solve it.

This is a bug introduced in a20b218 the way the game is handling audio files is terribly incorrect. If you use mods like "Serverside Mobs" you will find out the siren zombie and fire zombie have very similar bugs. I think for now it is best to fall back to a19 until some serious issues are resolved including dedicated server loading and falling into infinite void. ( I really liked a20 but the bugs are getting insane ) The game is borderline unplayable in mp.

Hey so for a20 after killing siren zombie the game kept making Geiger noises that progressively got louder and louder. I even entered god mode to check if something was invisible and it didn't appear anything was near or even remotely present. Give me a a bit to test more it might be something else. Here is the modlist if something stands out.

I mean I tested mods without compo and I mean hours of testing and had no problems I even used NitroGen to pregen vanilla 19.3 map and also had no problem.
