Tested with A19.1 (b8) White River - Tools of Citizenship - A19.2 The White River settlements are looking for new citizens to contribute and are willing to give extra tools and equipment that they've collected. They are offering to provide to a select few survivors access to higher quality tools, weapons, armor, and equipment in exchange for volunteering to complete various tasks for the settlement. There is a limited supply and these items are only available to those who gain citizenry with White River settlements. In addition to the reward, the player is sometimes also offered a small stack of wet concrete blocks, from the last of the Trader's community inventory to assist in re-establishing a homestead. ---- This modlet collection extends the new player White River citizenship quest line to provide a handful of quests to obtain improved tools, weapons, and armor. Each item has a small back-story and explanation in an attempt to blend with the vanilla game and Trader. This gives new players a chance to obtain better equipment through a method other than randomness or traditional progression. The rewards this Modlet pack provides were carefully considered against Vanilla gameplay. In most cases, the named items only provide a small improvement over the items they were created from. Due to the multi-tier design of this modlet collection, it provides equipment for beginners all the way up through the elite. **This modlet pack is XML XPath ONLY and only needs to be installed on the server! Players do not need to install this modlet pack locally. ** The modlet collection provides multi-tier quest lines, first requiring the player to craft a +Declaration of Citizenship. This allows them to begin a quest to volunteer to help lay to rest 10 old residents now turned zombie. This earns the player a +White River Citizenship Card which they can then use to select which quest they would like to pursue. The player's citizenship card is returned to them after they complete the settlement's quest. If it is lost for any reason, the player can craft a new +Declaration of Citizenship to start the process over of becoming a White River citizen. The +White River Citizenship Card can also be used to pursue two higher-level citizenship cards through killing of 100 Zombies or 1000 Zombies, respectively. These higher tiers of citizenship allows for the pursuit of Veteran and Elite level equipment. -- Citizenship is offered in three-tiers: - Tier 1 : Kill 10 Zombies. This is the Basic level of citizenship. Reward: +White River Citizenship Card - Tier 2 : Kill 100 Zombies. This is the Veteran level of citizenship. Reward: +White River Veteran Citizenship Card - Tier 3 : Kill 1000 Zombies. This is the Elite level of citizenship. Reward: +White River Elite Citizenship Card Once the player obtains their citizenship card, they can use this to craft quest-starter items for the equipment quests below. Some of the quests below offer a veteran version which rewards a sealed crate containing better quality, more items, and greater quantity of each multi-quantity item. Some offer an even higher level set of rewards for elite citizens. However, after a "Veteran" or "Elite" quest is complete, only a basic citizenship card is returned. The player must successfully complete the Tier 2 or 3 citizenship quest again in order to pursue another Veteran/Elite equipment quest. EQUIPMENT QUESTS: VEHICLES: - Spirit of Vengeance - Take on a demon Juggernaut and obtain a super-fast vehicle. A player using this vehicle is a sure-sign of their elite status. Big thanks to Snufkin's Server-Side Zombies & Snufkins's Server-Side Vehicles for a big part of the base code for the vehicle and zombie. Tested for compatibility with Snufkin's mods, so you can run both at the same time if you want! TOOLS: - Black Bart's Flaming Dig Tools - Uncover the long-buried stash from the most famous stagecoach robber in the western U.S., providing a steel Pickaxe & Shovel with flaming mods and better stats than Vanilla. Stamina trait sure to keep you digging and digging and digging. - Bunyan's FireAxe - Help the Trader stock up on potable water in exchange for a Paul Bunyan-branded FireAxe. - Dundee's Hunting Knife - Help the Trader collect bone shivs in exchange for Dundee's famous Hunting Knife with slightly better stats than Vanilla. - Jason's Machete - Obtain a replica of Jason's famous machete in exchange for helping the settlement. Big thanks to Wyldwitchykat for this addition! - Rick Danger's Auger - Obtain two higher tier Augers, the latter of which will turn even the largest mountain to butter, but will expend a LOT of gasoline and degrade your Auger quick. - Taza's Axe - The famed Taza's Axe, already awesome. WEAPONS: - Bambi's Killer Compound Bow - Earn the famed deer killer, "Bambi's Killer Compound Bow" or "Forest Prince Compound Bow" with slightly better stats than Vanilla. - Callinicus's Greek Fire - Find the book randomly in the world and learn to craft greek fire arrows. Shoot one zombie with a greek fire arrow, and the fire spreads to other entities that it touches. - Daryl's Crossbow - Obtain a replica copy of the same crossbow Daryl from the Walking Dead used: The Zombiekiller Crossbow. - Deschain's Revolver - Collect the eight Dark Tower series books and craft nineteen doors to have one of Roland Deschain's legendary revolvers bestowed upon you. Has custom bullets that are expensive to craft, but super powerful. - Leon's Modded SMG - Help Leon finish his DIY gun project, resulting in a 9mm SMG weapon with slightly better stats than Vanilla. - Pavlichenko's Rifle - Locate and assemble a branded Marksman rifle from the famed marksman, Pavlichenko. ARMOR: - Kuva's Red Armor - Discover the secret ingredient in Kuva's Legendary Red Armor. This armor is rumored to be lightweight and stealthy, with resistances to heat & cold, and an extra mod slot per piece. The basic quest is EASY, but the Veteran quest is HARD. RESOURCES: - Brass For Lead - Help the community restock its Lead supply and in exchange receive some brass. - Everdeen's Arrows & Bolts - The settlement is trying to put together a feast. Help feed everyone in exchange for named arrows or bolts guaranteed to fly true. - Gupta's Bandages - Can't craft first aid bandages? Trade Aloe Leaves & Cotton for a few highly-sought-after Gupta's First Aid Bandages & a First Aid Kit. - QwikCrete - Learn the secret to making quick-drying concrete blocks! - Elite Random - Obtain a sealed crate from four veteran cards that gives you a single random elite quest starter. Obtain a veteran card back at the start of your elite quest. If you complete the Elite quest, you obtain an Elite citizen's card! - Remington's Steel Ammo - A spin off of Khaine's Steel Ammo mod that turns his mod into a questable achievement. Strong bullets that degrade your weapons faster. COMING SOON: Amelia's Gyrocopter - I'm still formulating the questline behind this one.. but the general gist will be to quest and ultimately take on a custom zombie in order to learn how to create a super-charged gyrocopter with custom components. Travels faster than the vanilla gyrocopter, with improved flying characteristics that allow it to fly more like a helicopter than a plane. Supports VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing)!   4. MAGOLIS COMPO PACK (TEMPORARY THREAD) So welcome to the temporary thread of the CompoPack. Together with Wolf and the guidance of Magolis wishes both Wolf and i have churned thru every prefab and finally have a release for you guys to play with. Compo Pack has its own Discord server Found - HERE - Feel free to join. On the Compo Pack Discord channel you can - Submit new prefabs to be added to the compo Pack, - Report any errors or problems you may find - Discuss any thoughts and ideas - As well as general talk ***IMPORTANT INFO*** This will require a new world to be generated, not just a new save game because several prefabs have changed size which can cause severe errors in existing world when they are reset by questing. We did a comprehensive cleaning. Every prefab has been gone through for texture stream reduction and zombie spawn site clean up in an attempt to lower lag. All quest locations should now work. Every prefab that has a quest has been gone through and updated to ensure they can be completed. Vanilla locations not included. Minor questpath walkthroughs have been gone through to insure entry into the buildings. a Major questpath walkthrough is in the works. Many prefabs have had several of their doors unlocked in logical locations. We have also gone through each prefab to fix paint, we may be missing a few spots, if so, please report. A loot reduction has been done in many gamebreakingly over populated loot pois. COMPOPACK 46 Fixes and changes include --> - Stripped All Internal Textures - Redid All Mesh - Did Prefab Costs on all Prefabs - Removed paint from under ground - Checked and fixed block connection to terrain upon spawning for gullies - Made sure all prefabs ran smoothly and were at correct ground levels - All Rotations were fixed also - Quest Pathings and tiers have been worked on all prefabs - Replaced all fake ducts with actual duct blocks for texture saving for a full list of changes HERE Plus many many other work carried out. Tasks that will be ongoing - Replaced many blocks to their correct block for texture saving. IE: if it was painted concrete and the block under the paint was actually wood it got replaced with concrete (This will still continue into CP47 if we find more) - Zombie amounts in prefabs were fixed to a more standardised level and per more vanilla amounts in alot of over populated pois. (Mine included lol) - Loot rebalance will be ongoing each and every iteration of the compo pack. - quests, pathing and zombie interactions. Ie: active, passive and attack tags. DOWNLOAD THE METHOD YOU PLAY HERE: NITROGEN Download contains: * Instructions on how to install CP for nitrogen. * Prefabs. * Example Map. * Nitrogen Files. * Cp46 comes with its own nitrogen prefablist. For A18.4 & A19 *Updated 26th August 2020 - Been re-generated world fixed 8k UK flat with biomes no more snow whole UK & re-generated all map packs fixed traders quest. 21th August 2020 - Still worked on A19 updated no changed & no issued on my UK maps. Updated 9th March 2020 - been done NitroGen regenerated same 8 UK map with vanilla prefab only. Updated 8th March 2020 - been added download link prefab pack & I will again NitroGen same UK with vanilla prefab no mod. I been make 16k UK map with heightmap map from google search heightmap maps like UK France Spain USA etc. I use custom biomes from GIMP no more random biomes & on NitroGen just 50/50 chance spawn roads on between North England to North Ireland on map. I feel awesome make UK map on 7 Day to Die feel like apocalypse on UK lol Only small issued about few water was chopped off on near land can't find any fix it bug could on NitroGen. Water bug picture

  7. Hello I have problem with alpha 19.1. I have longer toolbar on item (8 to 10) but last new slots not exist. When i click number 10 i see console with errors. Unlimited number of errors. I can't close it. Click ESC or F1 doesn't work. How can i close it?

    UPDATED May 14 2020 See #11 Below! 1) Zero Experience For Actions Actions in the game are now only valuable for helping you survive and accomplish your goals. There are no xp bonuses attached to individual actions that make killing zombies more valuable than farming or mining or scavenging or building. Zombies are now an obstacle to your objectives instead of a source of xp income tempting you hunt them down and kill them. Use stealth to avoid or weapons to destroy and as long as you survive the day you will get rewarded either way. 2) Daily Skillpoint For Surviving Gain skill points simply for surviving according to the following schedule: After your first and second days of survival, you will gain one skill point each day. On your third and fourth days of survival, you will earn two skill points each day. After your fifth day of survival and thereafter you will earn 3 skill points per day. If you die your penalty will be having to start over with earning 1 then 2 and then 3 skill points AND the timer begins fresh from when you respawn so it will take 5 full days of no deaths to regain the highest level of skill point generation. Costs of attribute and perk progression have been increased to compensate for the increase in skill point gains. Attribute costs for levels 2-10 are: 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 Perk costs for levels 1-5 are: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5 3) Training In Return For Jobs Beginning with Tier 3 and Tier 4 quests you will be rewarded 1 skill point in addition to the other quest rewards. Tier 5 quests will reward you with 2 skill points. This puts an incentive on doing quests in order to progress. Skillpoints are not earned for the tutorial quests nor for Tier 1 and 2 quests. 4) Gamestages Based on Time Instead of Actions Gamestages will now progress daily instead of as a result of player actions gaining XP. Each game day that the player does not suffer a death they will automatically level up which will, in turn, advance the gamestage. The gamestages multipliers have been modified to help compensate for this slower pace of gamestage advancement as follows: Scavenger: 1.5 Adventurer: 1.8 Nomad: 2.2 Warrior: 2.6 Survivalist: 3.0 Insane: 3.5 These are higher rates than vanilla but leveling up now happens once a day at a regular pace which is slower than most players of the vanilla game. Please note that the ONLY function leveling up has is to advance gamestages. Gaining skill points for player progression advancement is completely separate from player level now and there are no experience points in the game at all. 5) Improved Death Ambiguity Because there is no XP there is no XP popout which means no giveaway clue that a zombie died with that last hit. But I took it several steps further by removing death animations from all zombies, replacing the death sound from all zombies with their stun sound, and increasing the range of time they will utilize to recover from a stun. So now when they die it looks and sounds exactly like it does when they are stunned. The only remaining clue is that big yellow bag that sometimes appears.... 6) Increased Zombie Loot Drops Since there is no longer xp for killing zombies I increased the loot drop across the board to 8%. 7) Trader Finder Quests All of the treasure map quests will now chain into the White River Settlement Quest from the beginning of the game giving the player a chance to find a new trader. The quest finds the nearest trader to your location which might be a trader you already know but if you are lucky you may get a new trader's location after digging up that treasure chest. How exciting!!! 😎 Brutal Start The Newbie protection buff has been removed. There is zero protection from the elements from the get go. 9) Get off your Brass Added a random 0-3 scrap brass drop to destroyed stone. Need brass? Find the ruins of the old world and start digging through it all for that precious metal. This modlet is completely standalone so can be used alone or deleted without causing any issues. 10) Trolland's Moar Zombies Added more zombies to biome spawns as well as larger wandering hordes. Greatly increased nighttime spawns to simulate the lunar influence waking up and causing more zombies to be active. Values are very easy to change if you want to lower or increase the numbers. If you prefer vanilla numbers simply delete this modlet from your mods folder. 11) Laz Man's Horde Night Vanguard Quest NEW You now earn a bonus skillpoint for every 100 bloodmoon zombies you kill. You have to directly kill them and it is only bloodmoon zombies that count. In the beginning it might take 2-3 hordenights to fulfill the bounty but later you might earn 3 skillpoints from one hordenight! The quest is automatically started after the tutorial quest and renews itself every time it is fulfilled. Guppycur and Sphereii are responsible for the SDX script and dual timer that makes the daily skill point possible. Sphereii also came up with the script to make this mod truly zero xp. Laz Man came up with the genius workaround for creating a quest that only works during the bloodmoon. Several others gave me pointers and ran through xpath lines of code with me to help me see what I was missing. Obviously my improved Ambiguous Death mod was inspired by Guppy's own random zombie get back up mod. Special thanks goes to @Royal Deluxe who provided me with a simple morning quest in the early development of this idea so I could try it out and see if it was worth pursuing. And @rewtgr....thanks for keeping me sane when nothing I tried would remove the damn level gates on the last night when I was trying to get this pushed out. Thanks to @jrbarrio for allowing me to use his work for more outdoor zombies roaming the world. Thanks to @Red Eagle LXIX for allowing me to use his work to remove the XP bar from the HUD.   10. I got the Darkness Falls overhaul mod and I believe I have it installed properly (though I am having an issue so that is questionable). The game loads fine, just the new quest system doesn't show and the whole upper UI is the vanilla version. Any ideas?

  12. Hey All, I’m having some issues with NitroGEN and was wondering if someone could help me troubleshoot the issue. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the downloads or not, but every time I went away from the spawn point, POI’s would disappear and I would fall through the world. I watched Farket’s tutorial on downloading it as well as the COMPO pack. I’d love to be able to play on these maps, but it’s frustrating trying to troubleshoot this for hours with no guidance. Any help is greatly appreciated! I know I probably sound like a moron, but I’m just trying to get my game to work. Thanks!
