  1. For ease of reference for others who might be following since you did more than just update the chart ๐Ÿ™‚ : Chart. Holy crap, no wonder I never feel pressed to upgrade from the Stone Sledge till long after Tier 3 loot starts dropping when I run strength. Don't have to get lucky on drops to do decent, just have to toss in some points and know how to control distance...
  2. With good rng, have to have the damn schematic show up or have one drop, you can do it with the junk turrets (the ones that shoot, not the sledge turrets). But that ends up requiring room to reliably maneuver so that the turret has time to wear them down, and good rng getting the Tech Junkie mags to boost the baton, and allot of the harder POIs don't have that. Gets easier after you can have 2 of them active, not on par with an M60, tac rifle or the tier 2 or 3 shotguns though (Junk turrets are Steel tier).
  3. So it effectively still doesn't exist outside of mods. Have you looked at the values more recently?
  4. Being as once they're placed outside of a land claimed area they cannot be picked up (so the only thing you get to hold onto is any ammunition left over, the engines and the wire tool), that is a pretty large investment in time and supplies (even with the crafting material and times bonuses that higher level Int perks get) for something that you're effectively just going to throw away. Multiply that over several POIs and several resets of the same POI, compare that to what you can expect to pull out of the poi's, and compare that to what you need resource wise to maintain your horde base and main base if separate. Also isn't exactly a negligible allocation of the limited storage space the player has.
  5. ? These do not exist in unmodded 7 Days to Die. You've invalidated your point.
  6. That's the thing. I don't want the boundary gone, I think I understand why it does exist and it is needed for multiplayer and single, I just want to know how much room I have to work with instead of this additional guessing game about when the auto fail mechanic will trigger.
  7. So similar to what setting War Thunder to minimum graphic settings used to do... Gives a major advantage to those who do vs those who don't, with the exception of huge field of views requiring higher end hardware and specific player irl physiology... A "flip this switch to win" thing... ๐Ÿ˜
  8. Could we please have the fail boundary displayed visibly as some sort of outline around the poi a player's active quest is in. Even if it is just a hand's width red line on the ground. The miniscule, "Guess how far you've got." green-yellow-fail(red) checkmark next to the tracked quest doesn't really do more than intimidate the player back into the tiny green zone that the poi itself is in. Playing the "How long does the yellow zone go?" guessing game while kiting ferals, radiateds and dealing with wandering horde adds at allot of the pois really sucks.
  9. If the resemblance to PokkitNinja is intentional, they may emphasize that more in the new screamer model stepping a little bit further from infringement of whoever owns the IP for Sadako.
  10. CDPR is still finishing development on that one if the last huge Alpha test is any indicator.
  11. If it isn't ash or solid char there is still something that can be burnt. Even then, ash and charcoal can still burn with enough heat and oxygen in the right proportion.
  12. If they want to majorly slow down upgrading then that would work as an upgrade path. The Iron (aka "scrap") would make for a tighter bottleneck thanks to the crafting/upgrading for iron not exactly being cheap in aggregate over an entire base (currently) and the damn resource being a key component to almost everything.
  13. A bucket of water or two placed in the right location depending on if it glitches in the right way or not means flooding the base could be a thing. 7D2D is a bit mean with its swimming "mechanics" for the player.
  14. "Tank with flamethrower! Undead-Supertank!". (had to look up Untoten, it's been a few decades since I studied German) Part of the appeal that a few of the German bands rode in addition to their talent. Eifersucht anyone?
  15. If we're going that way I'd rather a Duster or a Sgt. York. Buzzard vomit would blow right through the side of a halftrack. More on topic with the thread intentions: @madmole is there a possibility that we could get a peak at how the vehicle tinting looks?
  16. Technically yes, though if they have a land claim block down at their base it can be a bit time consuming to blast out the necessary undermine to collapse the base. That's barring them having bunkered at bedrock. If they've done that then there is no way to undermine the base.
  17. Geesh. Don't go looking up Voodoo zombies, where the entire zombie concept originates from, then. It'll rek your "zombies are only zombies if they rise from the dead" sacred cow.
  18. Ambush & pursue predators with slow metabolisms and a really nasty form of rabies. ๐Ÿ˜
  19. *flashes back to Fallout 3, NV, & 4 companions* ๐Ÿ˜– Dammit Bethesda!!
  20. And I doubt they're going to increase the number of streetlights as was implied by the post I'd replied to.
  21. They could always change the ingot drop to forged Iron instead of forged steel. His work on them does look nice though.
  22. Outside of the game? No. A digital representation in game? Maybe. Heck I'd volunteer my own mug if Zombie Joe wasn't already a damn near dead ringer for how I looked in High School. Last I knew this is the case, though I really don't feel like digging through the A20 and A19 dev threads to dig up the quotes.
