  1. My guess is either settings too high or not enough RAM. Logic are pretty good. They gave me a server so I can test things.
  2. Nope. And that was changed for a reason. I was sick of people filling the 3 slot forges, letting stuff smelt and then breaking their bases. That's odd. I'll have to have a word with them. I actually haven't played any of those. I need to do that. Glad you enjoyed the video. Always happy to work with other folks, time permitting. They're being removed from the traders in the next major version (so A20 if 19.5 happens like the rumour says).
  3. I got the textures off the unity store and then used TormentedEmu's texture atlas mod to load it into the game after it was packed appropriately.
  4. Discord link is on the first page here. And I'd need the server log. ALWAYS test in single player first to make sure the mod works before even trying to connect to a server.
  5. I only added the muscle cars. So if you're having texture issues on vanilla vehicles, you might wanna look at your video settings.
  6. Go get a Win 10 ISO with the telemetry removed. There's quite a few safe ones out there for the overly paranoid. In fact, here's a ton of releases by trusted users at notebook forums: http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/windows-10-ltsc-pro-debloated-with-several-enhancements.835513/ Any Ubuntu distro will run most windows games through proton. Only ones with an anti-cheat solution and no native linux version will be a problem. And for the record, i'm pretty sure WIndows 7 is behind on the Spectre and Meltdown patches, just as an example.
  7. Win7 virtual machine is an option to build with. Also for the folks who apparently don't want to upgrade... Sorry. Get over it. Win 7 is end of life and not getting more updates. Your system is now a security risk. You really need to go to Win10 or Linux.
  8. You do if you're a bloody mechanic... I've been doing this tbh. Current plan is for the first 2 difficulties (I think that's scavenger and adventurer) to give the player a small amount of damage reduction to help them ease into the mod. Nomad+ will still have increased gamestage, food and water usage. Warrior+ will have the player do less damage to zombies UNLESS you get a headshot. Gamestages will also ramp up slower for A20. We've been testing these changes out on 19.4 and they feel quite good.
  9. That sounds like you got unlucky with car spawns. Having said that, i've noticed that with my medium map too so maybe I need to look into that.
  10. Eve has a quest. It's a 1 time deal because I don't want people constantly resetting them. High chance the server has a mod on it that's conflicting.
  11. If a clean install doesn't fix it, you need to increase virtual memory to stop it

  13. I tried doing that with mob heads but I can't find a way to easily enable/disable parts of the model and then put it on a stick. I always see people complaining that food isn't a problem once you get a good farm going, and i've also seen folks say early game food isn't hard since you can just buy cans from the trader and pop vitamins (which aren't hard to find)
  14. Behemoth and Hornet need to be client installed because of new models. Others should be fine. No idea if they work with other stuff because, honestly, I don't add tons of crap to my game when i'm playing "vanilla."
  15. min_count, max_count, min_distance and max_distance are in the rwgmixer, not the POI XML.
  16. Then cook stuff. That's literally the point otherwise you'd be drowing in food.
  17. Biome restriction seems to be pretty much working. Only 1 instance that was iffy, but honestly, there isn't much you can do about that (large wasteland-only POI half in the wasteland and half in the forest, but this can happen in vanilla ANYWAY). Could possibly do with a way to limit certain POI's if possible as one of my quest ones spawned 24 times, which seems a little excessive. But i'll do more tweaking and see if there's any way I can limit that in the xml. I THINK I can assign it a unique tag and that might work.
  18. Sphereii says to add the launcher to steam as a non-steam game. Or you could use keyboard and mouse.
  19. My guess is 3DS Max and Autodesk since the ripped models reference the Autodesk shader.

  22. Because you're in a group. More players = higher gamestage = tougher enemies. That's just how the game works (and for the record, I hate it)
  23. I would need more info to even begin to help. Silenced weapons don't completely remove screamers, especially if you're using auto weapons. The succubus going through walls i'm PRETTY sure I have fixed locally. Need to do more testing but it seems good. Not being killable? Yes that's intended. You NEED laser weapons for the Succubus, Incubus and Demonic Behemoth.
