  1. Is it in the desert? There's an issue with caves in that area. You have to turn caves off, delete the region file and then load the game. Any already generated caves should remain but it removes them from that area. You potato.
  2. You can get a non-master mechanic version from Trader Bob, but it costs more and doesn't take mods. So you're better getting the master perk. That sounds like something happened and your character might be corrupt, so you hit my failsafe to not set your wellness to 0. Check your perks and make sure it's all ok. That's intended. If the quality is higher than you can craft, it will drop BELOW what you can craft, but then won't drop anymore.
  3. Noise. Heavy armor makes more noise so you aren't as stealthy.
  4. I don't use a controller, so no idea. And i'm ALSO using a gaming laptop. 😛 I still use keyboard and mouse.
  5. Will be fixed later. I'm basically calling the 19.4 version done for now. Maps ending in 2 only have vanilla-style POI's (A16 houses, A18 shops, A19 POI's and DF specific POI's). Maps ending in 1 have all the other stuff. So you're on the wrong map. The bug is a TFP problem. The display is CVAR controlled and they don't always set correctly via item mods.

  7. You could just NOT do that since it's clearly not intended. Though hopefully that will be fixed in A20 since I have some ideas. Yep. I added a T5 fetch to the large bunker as a stop gap since people kept complaining they want a quest to send them there. Will look into it. The Future Is Now can be read multiple times, and each one gives you a level of the perk. You can make Generic Skill books to get skill points. The irrigation pump needs to be next to a block of water (this is explained IN YOUR JOURNAL) and you need to keep plants away from that block of water. 5 blocks minimum distance. Put male animal down. Put female animal down. Wait for babies. That's it. No you can't reset skill points.

  9. Honest answer? Don't know. I am not a server guy. BUT, I do know that the server usually downloads the save to your machine. So if you look in %AppData%\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Saves you'll find a list of world folders. One of those will have your save in it, AND the name. So that should help sort it out. It's ok. You didn't come across that way. I've got a plan for the trader that will require the player to actually do some work to set it up and defend them. BUT, it will also allow you to have more control over the defences. The military tablet isn't mine. I actually don't remember the name of the modder who made it but I think I put notes in the blocks file. Traders do respawn if killed. The only difference on caitlin is I changed her from Gamma Lighting Space to Linear (which is also what TFP did between A18 and A19).
  10. Don't get used to the trader guards. They're likely getting removed because i'm tired of people complaining about them. Stutter I found is mostly gone (I only get it while looting) with a ton of virtual memory and Dynamic Music OFF. MOST custom zombies have ragdolls and vehicle collision in my local test build, so yes, but not for a while. Sounds like you have a bad chunk. Ah, I misunderstood. You need to make sure your game name is the same as what you used in 19.3, as that decides where the save is stored and what it's called.
  11. That i'm not sure. Never tried fixing a corrupt save. Something is installed wrong. You also don't say if this is single player or trying to connect to a server. But it's missing a major DLL file it needs in /Mods/0-DarknessFallsCore/Harmony. Body bags. There's your clue. 😛 Already known. I'm remaking all the guns to use TFP's method so the attachments are included in the gun and then just turned on/off depending on if you have it installed or not. (except laser sight) So it'll be fixed that way.

  16. Yeah, I thought so. I've seen all sorts of issues with those, like missing satchels, missing ! to activate the quest, missing zombie you can't kill for a clear, etc.

  20. Already done when 19.4 came out. Turn your difficulty down. It increases gamestage. Turn your difficulty up. It increases gamestage. 😛 Hey. If it works... You did them all.
  21. 1) May go tweak this but I'm gonna wait and see since rumour is we're getting vehicle mods in A20. So maybe it'll get fixed in the DLL. 2) That's kinda intended. Coil is supposed to stack higher than normal ammo. 3) Yes. yes it is. 4) Because when I researched steel cased ammo, the general consensus is you CANNOT reload it without professional-grade equipment. That's why it doesn't work on coil rounds. Coilguns do get another mod that returns coilbatteries instead. Make more forges. 5) Will have to check that. 6) Nope. Not something I can fix. 7) 44 magnum isn't mine. The shotgun is that way to properly line up the crosshairs with the iron sights or people complain (and no, the big long thing isn't part of the iron sights. That's the rail to install mods onto) I'm still toying with the idea of making horde nights every 14 days as default (to match IRL New Moon/Full Moon). Sounds like it doesn't have required access to the folder. May need to run it as admin. It's a vanilla problem with invisible blocks. Stick a grenade or something where the invisible block is and that might destroy it. Well that's a new one! Eh, I wont worry about it tbh.

  23. I would get a clean 19.4 and make sure that works. If it does, grab the mod from the Azure link instead of gitlab and see if that sorts it.
