  1. Hey no worries on that, it's welcomed to comment on other tickets if you have other information. And that was a bingo, good call on that. I was unlucky and didn't place anything where sleepers are at. Same error, so confirmed.
  2. That is weird, confirmed. Thank you, you did great with your report
  3. Yeah you likely need to start a new game, it looks like the mods were adding something incorrectly, related to nav objects maybe, but you've got mod errors for sure. If they tied that data to that save/world, you'll have to start a new one.
  4. Hi, if you still have this issue please reply here with an output log (in a session where you continue that game and get the error).
  5. Thanks for all the information, we're aware of this one though! Should be fixed soon.
  6. If either of you have any issues, feel free to respond here. Moving this to can't reproduce atm, but it's still open.
  7. That shouldn't cause any lag, but it might. I'll try to reproduce this with the profiler going and see if I can spot it.
  8. You don't happen to have an xbox controller to try do you? Also, please post a log file of a session of you reproducing the issue.
  9. Just as an update, haven't been able to reproduce it yet, but I will do some further debugging into it, see what's going on.
  10. Ah hah -- that's it. Thanks for bringing up dynamic resolution @ThePewter, that was the cause.
  11. Confirmed, just in case you were curious, you just need either heavy/light armor, one point into either respective armor perk, and the cigar. Thanks!
  12. It's more of environmental lighting, as in it darkens when you enter a room with no lights/windows and gradually lightens up when you leave there and go past windows, or if it's raining outside then it'll darken near windows. I'm not sure if they're doing eye adaptation. It may jump around everywhere atm but that's all being working on, it does provide some really nice environments and nicely-done dark areas, just need some polishing yet. Do increase the opacity to help with that. That is also a known issue by the way, we're redoing the UI as a whole That's what I have mine set to.
  13. There's one thing to keep in mind, if you've missed any sleeper volumes they will spawn ignoring a bedroll or LCB. Bedrolls/LCBs only prevent sleeper volumes from respawning -- they don't prevent ones that haven't been spawned yet from spawning. Not all sleeper volumes are tied to the quest, so there are times you can just miss one and then it will come say hello to you to remind you that you missed them Oh and one more thing: sleeper volumes are invisible boxes that don't "exist" in the game, nor tied to blocks in that way. So, if you destroy everything around it, you can still trigger the volume.
  14. Yeah we're actively working on the distant object issue, it's more about culling/crossfading and we've a lot of blocks to go over. Still, if you do find some that are glaring like that, it can't hurt to make a bug report about it. The bush is known, I'll add it to the KI list if it isn't already. The settings that affect that, to answer you, are LOD distance, View Distance, and Object Quality.
  15. Yeah, you're correct. We're well aware of it, and indeed it's a complicated matter that does require some rework, but it's not going to be a small task due to the complete open nature of the world. Don't worry, it's not in its final state. For now, if it does hurt your eyes, you can mitigate it by adjusting shadows and maybe turn the game brightness up. Some monitors also support shadow boost, which will make the darks a bit brighter, maybe giving less contrast between the light/dark making it less obvious on your eyes.
  16. That's fair, I did have issues with Proton now that you mentioned it, the game runs fine without it anyway.
  17. Hmm. This may be more localized unless it's something in 22.04 Ubuntu, I am on 20.04. Maybe I am missing something, but I'm not seeing it on this one: Before going into a lower resolution + windowed mode: Switching resolution and then windowed mode: Then to windowed full screen: I'm not seeing anything different... Hmm, I wonder what's different. Going to ping @SylenThunder, do you know of any common Linux issues that would cause the wash-out when going between resolutions? For what it's worth, I am using the Nvidia driver metapackage from driver-530 (proprietary, tested)
  18. I didn't see that on Ubuntu 16, and I recently changed it so I can take a look. But which Linux are you using? Would be good to know, since there are a bajillion different versions @ThePewter
  19. Yes, this is something we are aware of and being worked on. Although I'm not sure if you have mods that somehow make it worse, I'd keep an eye out on that if you do use any. Also, it's best to restart the server every few hours or so if you have that many people on it.
  20. Glad to hear that helped, yeah you'll see better performance mostly due to lowered RAM usage, which is what those integrated graphics use. They should stay, just don't know for sure for the future. And yeah RWG is still being patched up, no worries.
  21. Was checking something similar and went and checked behind. Yeah aside from the 1 meat discount you get at level one, level two/three doesn't give any further benefit. I'll make an improvement ticket for it.
  22. Yeah so what Joe said. There's been support added for odd-ball sizes such as 2k/3k/4k/5k etc, but they aren't entirely fully functional in that regard. They work to make a world that's usable, but things such as no traders can happen. It's a little of a weird spot, why in the server config it says "officially supported sizes", since we know those work (or should). It's all a WIP and who knows if the oddball sizes will remain for sure, but that's the gist of it.
