  1. Kind of a rare case but this does happen, confirmed that. Thanks.
  2. My main guess is the driver isn't able to handle some of the new reflections put in, may want to try using DDU to uninstall the driver and get a fresh one installed. We have some teammates with newer AMD cards that haven't had issues, but I had an older AMD card a while back that had frequent issues with drivers, I started installing the drivers without using the AMD radeon software and it was more stable. A PC reboot with the game crash is a worse version of a driver dying/timing out. A crash dump would be better to see what's going on if any of yall could snag one.
  3. Given that information, I'm learning to it might be a networking issue. Firewall/antivirus exceptions for the folder (do the whole folder, both in the main game on and the 7days saves folder in appdata), and try the Network Workaround option in the General section
  4. Don't forget the slugs have more range and further damage falloff range.
  5. Do note that this is an English forum, but I will see how an AI translation goes (it looks proper to me, but I am far from a fluent speaker): Cuál es el mensaje de error? Obtener el mensaje de error del archivo de registro
  6. Well there aren't any errors related to bad save files, you never actually made a connection in that log file so not sure.
  7. Without seeing what's going on in the server log, it appears that the server is busted, you're losing connection in the middle of connecting (I suspect this as a conjecture from seeing your client attempting to keep sending messages to the server, so the server looks to be dropping the connection first). You may want to poke customer support and ask them to take a look at the box
  8. Hi! So, we have a couple of issues here: one is your GPU driver is timing out/failing (the d3d11: failed to create buffer is evident of that) and you're failing to connect to EOS. You've also got mods in there and I'm not sure if they're old or buggy, but remove them for now. I suggest the easiest thing first: Add folder/executable exceptions in your firewall and antivirus; verify your file integrity through Steam twice to be sure. Now you also said your computer was crashing, well, with the d3d11 errors your driver may be bad too. Use DDU to uninstall the current driver and then install a fresh one.
  9. I mean a log file from you and the server, this is a server you are running right? Or did I misread that (quite possible lol)? Your log files are in %appdata%/7daystodie/logs and the server log should be in the main directory. Upload those to pastebin or something similar
  10. Next step would be to take a look at the log then, one from a client affected by it and the server
  11. Give the server a rest, good minute or two shutdown and reverify the files on the server, may have gotten some things mixed up
  12. You're welcome Laim, glad it helped you out a bit. I concur, my eyesight isn't terrible but not the greatest and I'd like a bit more of a happy medium + less transparent at 100% too. Certainly something to consider whenever the UI gets overhauled.
  13. What's interesting is you're throwing a XUi error, which I don't think is caused by the UI mod but who knows, it's more likely a cascading game-system failure after the chunk generation system died.
  14. You have an error that's directly fixed by the link I posted. Do see if it helps, because many thousands of hours of testing was done on dedicated servers including linux and this hasn't been seen, so more troubleshooting and debugging (if needed) is needed. As it stands, this doesn't reproduce: 1) Run dedicated server 2) Have people join, disconnect 3) Players will still appear in the server list as connected, a yellow error will be spammed through the console.
  15. I'm going to save you a ton of trouble, uninstall G-Hub and get this instead: Same functionality but it's better, way more lightweight and functions properly. Idk why, but it seems Logitech decided to get drunk and make G-Hub and act like it doesn't exist, but the Gaming Software works wonderfully.
  16. Sand in the forge makes glass also.
  17. Hmm, technically your GPU doesn't meet the minimal requirements being just under 2GB of vram, but it shouldn't cause this issue I wouldn't think. You've got some strange UI errors that I'm not sure what they point to without additional debug line numbers, maybe try removing the entire 7days folder in appdata out of where it is (put it somewhere else like your desktop, it's at %appdata%/7daystodie) and see if that helps. Also verify your game files a few times.
  18. Weird, can you post a log file to pastebin and share it?
  19. Only if Trader Rekt is the one to answer the radio calls.
  20. Ah yeah that resolution is a bit much especially with such a demanding cpu game this one is, and that cpu being in a laptop will certainly struggle. Try running it at a natural 1440p resolution and that should drastically reduce the load (2560x1440). You can also set the dynamic resolution to scale, try about 80%.
  21. That is... absolutely weird. This is also going to sound weird, but could you try playing with Dynamic Music turns Off in the Audio options?
  22. I shall have a look and recruit the dev that goes over Linux if I can't reproduce it with an xbox controller. Thanks for the information.
  23. Thanks for that. Yup. Rare... I tried reproducing that exactly for like 10 hours or so and gave up for the moment to work on another bug and was just standing there in front of a forge and fell through the ground. Absolutely related, good thinking on that. It's the chunk suddenly not "active" in the world for the split second.
  24. Heh I have the same mouse as you do, Tomw, never seen this. Maybe try using the Use Native Input Module in the launcher?
