  1. If I'm not mistaken, I believe you can craft lockers. They are metal furniture/storage I believe.
  2. There is also an extensive post regarding this issue in the general support forum. There are some work-arounds in the thread as well as some speculation as to the causes. Seems to be exacerbated by maps that are larger than your computer can comfortably handle or too dense with too many t5 pois, as is possible with nitrogen maps.
  3. Blade traps no longer trigger demos as of a19, regardless of where you place them.
  4. I am able to craft wheels without schematics. Maybe you just need to be able to craft any vehicle to unlock wheel crafting, or else you have a mod that makes a schematic required. I've never tried to craft a wheel without knowing how to craft a vehicle, so if wheels aren't ungated, they are just gated by knowing how to craft any vehicle. As for workbenches, maybe i'm just really lucky, but by breaking open one block to look in every garage in my neighborhood, i find plenty of workbenches. Most destroyed (which hopefully give me the schematic) but always at least a couple working ones. I mark them on my map and use them as needed.
  5. Hit f1. type "pois" without the quotation marks. Your ghost blocks should be gone, although you will lose all distant poi views as well.
  6. It used to, but a19 changed it so that you always spawn in the forest and get sent to the forest trader.
  7. I bet it's because of the a19 change where the starting quest always sends you to a forest trader. Since you have no forest trader in an all-desert map, you get the no trader message. A streamer i watch, grand spartan, is doing an all wasteland map game. He also got the no trader message, although he found one very close to where he spawned in.
  8. There is a difference between creating a new game and creating a new world. Once you create a world, you can play as many different save games on that world as you want. It really sounds like you are trying to create a new game on an old world. Volalha is an old world created in a previous version. You are trying to create a new GAME on the old WORLD. You need to select new random world and enter something completely different that you have never used before to generate a world and type that into the seed name. That will generate a new world. You can then choose that world (it will be named something not Volalha, pregen 1,2,3 or navezgane), and start as many new games named whatever you want on that new world. If you want to see what your new world looks like, you can instead go to Editing Tools instead of New Game. Type something new and completely different than anything you have ever used before to generate a new world. Wait until it is done. You can then see your world. The game will give it some sort of name (like whatever county). When you go to new game, pick the new world you just generated to start that game on.

  10. Dart traps and blade traps do not set off the demolishers, so a kill corridor utilizing those could work. I haven't reached the demolisher stage yet in a19. You can look up Grand Spartan's youtube video of his a19 base (I think it was called the blender base) that utilized darts and blades extremely successfully against demos. Or vedui probably has bases that work with a19. Jawoodle also. While i watch a lot of youtube, i do tend to just use it for ideas to come up with my own design. Knowing what actually works for other people means you can either copy their successful strategy or use that knowledge to come up with your own.
  11. The way they currently scale the natural predators is by biomes and nighttime. Forest is where you should stay until you have good weapons and armor and the perks to back it up. In the forest during the day, only rabbits and chickens spawn in large amounts. There is a small chance of deer and boars, and a 1% chance of regular wolves. No mountain lions at all. Bears and dire wolves can spawn at night, and may still be hanging around if you go out at 4 am. Be watchful of your surroundings and RUN if you spot one. You don't have to engage with it just because it is there. You still have the possibility of predators that are normal spawns for particular pois, so learn by experience and avoid those pois if you don't feel ready to take them on. You also have the possibility of predators as part of wandering hordes and bloodmoon hordes. For wandering hordes, avoid if you can, or seek high/safe ground and pick them off. For bloodmoon hordes, have a plan in place for them.
  12. not everything else. in a18 it was possible (likely even) to get 1 egg from a nest with 200% loot abundance, which would mean (if it was working correctly) that at 100% i would have gotten 1/2 an egg. 17 worked the same way it does now in 19. 18 was just a bit broken in that regards.

Even if none of your traders having working stations, you don't skill int, and you don't find the schematics, you are by no means barred from the rest of the game unless you have amazingly bad luck. With the exception of forges, all the other workstations appear pretty commonly in pois. The chances that no pois in your area have working stations as well would mean astronomically bad luck. So if you don't want to throw a few points into intellect to get the perks, then systematically search for working stations in pois and mark them on your map. For the forge, it requires one point in the perk and zero in int to unlock. You have many options. Use whichever works for you.
  14. On one of the developer streams, when referring to the fix for the wedge tips, they said zombies can run anywhere players can run. So I would assume yes, but let us know when you try it out.
