Server Freezes for one of the players

Hello, i have a problem, we are three friends playing on a private Nitrado Server, and the problem is that one of us  (sometiemes at 15 minutes, other times it is 4 hours without the error happening) An error Happens, suddenly he sees us "frozen", he can't loot, the zombies don't move, the server freezes for her, but he can keep moving and we see him move, we don't know what the error could be, Help pls! and srry for my english :C

Without details we can only guess its Santa doing something evil 😉. Read the pinned thread in this forum section that tells you to read it and follow its advise on how to post the logfiles of the server, if possible, and the client with the error.

sorry bud, but they need a complete output log uploaded to pastebin and linked or another place that you can load the whole output log. the output log will review a whole lot more especially if it has warnings and errors. that banner at top of every thread has the procedures needed to help out here.

True, he may have. I just figured he never changed the others so maybe he did use all the zzz's
