  2.  I wouldn't add any other mods on top of it. It's a well done integrated system as it stands.

     

    As for tips:

     

    Paper - especially early you'll need a lot of it so always grab it off the floor when you see it.

    The "first" of everything you find do not use, You'll probably need it to make the schematic of it to make more. Example, find a meat stew do not eat it immediately!

    Scrap schematics and books give point to make new schematics so don't read some off the wall book just for the xp, scrap it if you don't actually plan on using it.

    Grab the snowberries as you walk around early game, you'll be glad for that extra 20-30 food a day.

    Who says you even need a permanent base? There are many people who play this game nomad style. Personally? I play Walking dead style. Warrior difficulty but my zombies always walk, That's just my belief on zombies, they do not run.

    Intellect has more weapons than the turrets. They specialize in the traps as well.

    Totally agree and that's how Undead Legacy does it. Forge smelts into ingots. Blacksmith's Forge crafts those ingots into usable forms. What TFP is considering with the forge being just a simple workstation is just boring and taking more away from the game. As you say, why ever chop down trees then?

    Lmao. They dove give a f about me.... as they start pounding on his face. They are hitting the structure he is on just as much as the wall. When they can't get to you they will hit anything in sight. This guy has no clue what he's talking about.
