I played same map as someone in youtube and went in the same city but it was totally different.. every shop and good stuff are only ruins in my world, is that because he was playing alpha 16 and I'm alpha 16.4? Here's my favorite for playing...

 

I use the following settings:

 

Block Durabilbity: 200%

Loot Abundance: 25%

Loot Respawn Time: Disabled

Drop on Death: Delete All

Air Drops: Disabled

 

In rwgmixer.xml:

Many towns for looting

 

My server used 'Big Bad City'. It has lots of towns and a good variety of biomes. Each town also has a Trader close to it.

After inspecting more closely I believe dexterra is the best seed I've ever seen oO Whoever mentioned it: Big thanks! 7 of 9 cities contain several (3+) (Higashi in 7, Dishong in 5 or 6) skyscrapers, military camps and military forts/bunkers, the traders are always close to the cities. The map is flat and has little water. It's just amazing.

Have to second this! Started my first A16 RGW over the weekend and decided to use this seed. I must say, I am very impressed with it. By far the best seed I have ever used on 7DTD.

Hyde Park is great. Loads of cities, tons of gas barrels, variety! Probably too much water. Found 11 traders!

Hate to post a seed name without a screenshot but I highly suggest when some of you have time to check out "diehard"

 

Stumbled across that one and blew myself away by the size of the cites. 4 big ones bordering each other with several skyscrapers, military camps/bases, traders and caves. Lots of forest biomes but the cities are split between forest and desert mainly. I mostly like big hub cities and this one has been nice compared to several other popular seeds that I checked on here. Definitely enjoying it myself. Got my friends back into the game on that map.

City Island

 

 

Seed: DRoppie45

 

Flat island with big city on it. Almost all maple forest with little touch of desert. Nice corner of the island to build on next to city with large cities around.

 

The seed reallly starts to shine with the wotw mod then you have everything you wish for on the island with at least 2 traders lots of skyscrapers, football stadium, hospital.

 

i found the seed with the wotw mod so i fast checked how it was without also very beatifull but with the mod it is x10.

Elm Street

 

Best seed I've found by myself. Lots of cities, at least three locations where two cities are right next to each other making you think its just one large city. Has some decent locations.

 

 

EDIT:

 

After previewing Horizons vs Elm Street, I'd say Elm Street is pretty high up there on the "big city map" scale.

The seed 'victory through death' is too long and cannot be previewed without gui mod (I tested 'victory throu' instead). It's the first seed generating more than 75 traders.
