I have counted so far 10... yes 10 cities within 4KM of my spawn point. I did not look at the map in the Editor because ... exploration and adventure. Please do not post the map here... I start a new game. I am looking for a random map with a central peninsula flat. If you have seed names to offer me. Thank you I read somewhere that zombies could not appear in the water. By building my base on a peninsula, I would have only one front line to defend in blood moons. I started building an oil rig in a big body of water but the server expired and it's all gone I've been trying to get a map with a large body of water but I'm not getting ANY WATER with any seed I try. Wtf? I'm using 16.4 b8...just like the screenshot linked too this is what I'm getting, it's really annoying! https://imgur.com/fnxNRsS edit: Could the mod be causing this? I'm using war of the walkers.... EDIT: IT IS WAR OF THE WALKERS. I'm using visual studio code to compare between vanilla and war of hte walkers to see if I can figure out what's causing the problem. I believe there's a bug in one of the DLLs, which I can't change without the C# files. I get that sometimes, but it seems like I can see a city from a vantage point usually before the end of day 1. Could be I'm used to the map too, not sure. Jedo Posted November 16, 2018 Share Posted November 16, 2018 I just started one to get revved up for A17: reboot I spawned near a small town near a trader, and the area had the forest, desert, snow, and burnt forest biomes.
