Making it so zombies die from headshots and have no super powers is pretty easy. I could do that fairly quickly. However adjusting the 7 day night hordes to fit with this new mechanic could be tricky. Why, would you like some classic headshotting zombies? If you're actually interested in that I suppose I could throw something together. Quick question, do ANY of the added Val items show up in traders? I ask this only because none of the items have economic values. Can anything be sold to traders? Not at present, to either. I hope to give items economic values and add various items to vendors but I'm waiting for the game to go stable before doing that as even the Pimps have not yet decided what cost values are yet appropriate. I rather wait before their own prices to be more stable and set before trying to balance out my own. Question: How do I make a burning barrel? I see it in the crafting list but there is no craft button next to it. That is because the crafting list lists all recipes, not just recipes you can actually craft from where you're viewing the recipe. The burning barrel can be crafted in the Artisan Decor Station, as it is a decorative block. Just hit with a wooden club with right or leftclick on a burning campfire You're thinking of the burning club, not the burning barrel. So there is no way to craft a barrel? The rangen game I am in seems devoid of POIs. rwgmixer.xml and to a large degree even the biomes.xml is left vanilla. Random Gen worlds devoid of POIs is a vanilla problem right now - one not only you are noticing. I recommend cheating and looking at the rwg preview tool to see what your seeds will look like to find a good one rather than randomly risk wasting time in an empty world. As requested: Valmod Overhaul Experimental A15 b88 (Horde Edition) In this I made it so zombies cant climb and headshots are significantly more potent. Also upped the zombie spawn up the wazzoo. In the last one I got over 12k coins and in the one before that 3k. Is that vanilla or from this mod? Also in the mailbox; Notes only cost 30 coins, this seems way too low (I can buy over 400 notes with 12k coins). And a new A15 patch is up! Valmar Posted September 29, 2016 Author Share Posted September 29, 2016 Believe it or not the treasure chest loot is vanilla. It can drop anywhere for 3k to 8k coins. Though with a count of 2,5 what that really means is that it has the potential to drop 2-5x that much. Pretty wild. I will do something about it. Though this is a good example of what I meant earlier when I said I'd rather wait for it to be more stable. I doubt the Pimps are done balancing things themselves so anytime I try to balance around their balance they could change things and thus throw all my values out of whack. Also the mod was updated. I have the latest version of the game and have tried a clean install twice and each time i receive a bunch of errors and cannot start the game. Something had to offset the whole headshot thing. Lowering the spawning rate should help. Though even with the spawning on lowest I suspect you will still get more than "normal". What do you mean? Iron ore does not drop - turns to ironFragments. Though I notice stage one is set to use scrapIron instead. Is that what you meant? The first stage of the quest currently requires scrapIron, which used to drop instead of the fragments. I'll adjust it to be fragments. In the counter on the top it says 200/250, so the game somehow knows they are there but they dont show up on the list. I have only added them to the recipes.xml, can you please point me in the right direction on what im missing ?? (I want to add that you can change guns parts into CasinoCoins, to give a use to old/low lvl gunparts) Running the 14.7 (or is it 14.8) on a server.
