  1. Hopefully @madmole can answer for definite but I'd guess that those perks will be removed and whatever non-crafting bonuses they had would get redistributed to the remaining perks

So would I be reading those screens right in saying that once you hit level 3 in Shotgun crafting you'll then be able to make a Quality 2 Pipe Shotgun and then when you hit level 11 you'll be able to make a Quality 1 Double Barrel? Also, related to this. Will there still be the overlap in Weapon Tier vs Quality. Where a quality 6 stone axe could be better than a quality 1 iron axe? Edit: Also... Nice build....
  5. 9700K currently, though upgrading to a 12700k soon. And just as I've seen it mentioned, it's not that the game is unplayable or anything for me, was just curious if my CPU upgrade or any other upgrade for that matter) would yield me any improvement in 7 Day and it looks like I'm already past the point where I can make it run any better with hardware
  6. I'm upgrading my CPU soon (not for 7D2D :P) and it got me thinking if I would see any performance improvement in 7D2D as a side effect from the upgrade. I'm often below 60FPS with maybe 50% GPU and 5/10% CPU usage. So my question is, is there a certain level of PC hardware where you just wont see any performance improvement in 7D2D from upgrades? As in, is it that once you have say maybe like a recent gen i5 or i7 (or AMD equivalent) where we're just at the mercy of the games optimization and/or settings changes?

  8. Just to temper expectations, I'd imagine that Sharp Sticks thing could just be a book cover on a bookshelf rather than anything like a book series that effects gameplay etc

Outside of the stuff already mentioned by others (bandits, water etc) I'd love to see a bit of love given to making the world outside of the tiled towns/cities feel more real to match the level of detail we see in cities now. Particularly the the transition between tiled sections and the RWG biomes is quite jarring (the difference in the roads is a good example) and, aside from the current wilderness POIs, the biome stuff outside of towns is very empty/repetitive. Maybe some sort of sub-biomes are needed like sections of pine forest with less trees or something similar to the old plains for the desert and so on
  12. I think something needs to be done about the radiated border around the map. It needs to be marked either in the game world or on the map. Got a treasure map today (Nicoles) and first time it didn't generate a treasure location (said something like 'no location is available' if I tried to show it on the map) so I decided I'd use CM to spawn in a new map and that one put the treasure in the radiated zone which obviously I didn't know until I got there and started dying of radiation poisoning
  13. Haven't had a chance to play yet. Has the vehicle teleporting fix made it into A20.1 B5? I thought the line "Origin shift could cause objects to fall through world" might be that fix

  15. I really enjoy the new RWG but I feel like the stuff outside of downtown is too tightly packed together. You have situations where farms are right up against blocks of industrial buildings. Really feel like the farms need to be spaced further away from the center of towns/cities, same for the residential stuff. There needs to be a buffer between those areas/zones whatever you call them
  16. It does speed up the healing. Pretty sure Steroids also negate the effects so you can jump/sprint etc without making it worse
  17. Yeah I noticed that with the Restore Power quests. There seems to be some sort of exclusion happening with the quests too. When I got to the Tier 5s (this is after completing them with a different trader) I noticed as I started completing POIs the list started reducing, so even if I went into DM and reset the quests it only gave a couple of quest options. Think I'm left with 2 now after T5 completion the second time, though I didn't get the tier reward for whatever reason. So I don't know if some of that is just down to me already running through all 5 tiers with another trader. I hope not as my plan is on my current playthrough is to complete T1 to T5 with different traders in each biome
  18. Just wait til you hit Tier 5 and the quests are all 3 to 5km away
  19. Good to hear the stability fix is coming along. Do you know if any progress has been made on the teleporting/disappearing vehicles issue? Had my furthest teleport today when I started my game. My bike was almost 700m away from where I left it when I quit previously
  20. I was able to retrieve it no problem, is was inside the POI. It's just a recurring issue with A20 with I think every vehicle at this stage? It was the first time it teleported to somewhere indoors

Don't have much to suggest in a way of fix, just wanted to add that I have experienced this (was suggested to me that maybe it's a frame drop that's quick enough to not register on the FPS counter) and I've also seen a couple of streamers/content creators run into it as well. Haven't found a way to recreate it either, it's not like certain POIs or certain numbers of zombies cause it
  23. I get it occasionally in singleplayer so not a server issue
  24. I've seen what Aero posted above as well. Driving down the street of a city and there's a random phantom wall in the middle of the street that you can just drive through
  25. Please fix the teleporting vehicle issue soon. Logged in and my minibike was in one of the traders, finish a quest and it's 100m away in the desert. I've had to retrieve my bicycle from under the world multiple times. It's so frustrating
