I usually start to get bored about when things begin to get easy. I have all the food I need, all the ammo, got the motorcycle, there's very little left to be done on my base, then I think of different ways I could spec out when I'm starting and I'll generally start a new game after that.

I'm doing a 6K random gen and I've got three trader bobs. At this point you're probably better off looking through book stores and the book towers for the schematics.

Weather doesn't work right in a19. Don't recall getting much weather anywhere other than the snow biome. You can make your base 1 square over from the snow biome and you'll catch a lot of weather that way.

I feel the same way you do. Is it used in anything? I keep thinking it should be part of a pie recipe

It doesn't look like a greenhouse unless the roof is glass too. But if it works it works. I just put my garden on the roof. Don't bother to enclose it

I sold my assault rifle to buy motorcycle handlebars, lol. I am worried about wasting ammo but wouldn't this be more or less an SMG?

First time I've seen schematics for one.

So I go out and do the mission. Come to the trailer and I'm carrying a crossbow and a 9 mm and he gives me choice of 7.62 rounds or a book on mining that I don't want. The next mission it's an AK-47 and I forget but I don't want it. Didn't want the AK-47 either. Why not look at how the customer is spec'd and equipped and be a little more inclined to give him what he/she is using? Like an SMG instead of an AK-47. Maybe this is a hint that I should be specing in fortitude. I don't think the machine gunner Perk works with the SMG. Does it?

My main base is in the forest biome but want to make a wastelands base near a trader. I think spending a night there in my base would be like doing a mission there at night. I am going to get eventually overwhelmed by endless spawns. Has anybody tried this? Is it doable? I don't mind failing a few times before I catch on to what I need to do.

I'm doing that in the wastelands. Loot is better. It's way more difficult.

They sound like a dust storm and you expect a dust storm yet it's raining cats and dogs. Thats very strange and I get weirded out every time I encounter one. They're no fun. The storm in the forest biome doesn't have that dust storm wind with it. It's annoying as hell. Several times it has started raining while I was on my way to a mission and I decided go work on my base instead.
