  1. Alot more was added then just a few weapons. Check out the release notes and watch some streams.
  2. Nice homage to the old nurse zombie......or is that Fubar Prime in a nurse costume? 😅
  3. There is actually a mirror function within the prefab editor but it doesn't work with all the blocks so the results are hit/miss.
  4. As cool as that sounds, probably will never happen for this game. I would guess because the shapes in 7 days have more than 4 rotations, mirroring would probably be incorrect. Just my best guess.
  5. On a positive note, I still remember your escape room video. If you ever decided to do another, I am sure the new block trigger system will give you more options. 😄
  6. Best I could do short notice from my phone...😅
  7. The game event system might be able to do more then just arcade type events. It is not limited to just the twitch integration as far as modding is concerned.
  8. Hopefully there is enough to keep veterans entertained until A21. Keep in mind modders will surely take advantage of all of the new game events from the twitch integration to make even cooler mods for the community to get enjoyment from. Prefab makers will also be busy making their own content based on the new tile system. Lots of foundational systems have gone into A20 that should hopefully inject many hours of fun.
  9. Never realized it was a zoom recording and from the looks of it, Roland's school meeting room...lol Bravo Roland! And Matt...maybe you will run into a newstand or 2 in A20....skeletons though might be pushed to A21.....😅
  10. I think Navezgane had alot of appeal due to it having most of all of the POIs (especially the skyscrapers) in a somewhat believable configuration (due to it being handcrafted). In A20 though, the tables may have turned and RWG maps may lead they way...😅
  11. Thanks, I think? Lol Yeah the team has alot of large POIs planned. Some of which were not possible without good art support and the Xtreme block cowboy, lol.
  12. You could probably copy/rename the POIs you want and remove all of the sleeper and quest properties within their xmls.
  13. Level design will continue to make new POIs all the way up to Stable as well. 😄 Since those won't break saves.
  14. Only in the desert biome. The snow biome has cuddly delivery kittens and the wasteland dancing bears...😄
  15. Good and bad are very subjective terms. If you want people to be open to your opinion/discussion, try not claiming things as "facts" that everyone should abide by and just objectively speak for yourself.
  16. Hopefully A20 will allow players to see more POIs that they have never seen before (old and new). I know in A19 there was a high likelihood for the same POIs to repeat for quests at the trader. There has been some discussions and changes in A20 to improve that.
  17. Balance is ongoing, ammo should be less available when compared to A19 and could possibly be reduced further. For example, during the dev playthroughs, lathan shows ammo quest rewards were less. Also keep in mind, bow/Xbow players are slower but more efficient with gun ammo consumption and accumulate ammo faster.
  18. I can empathize with the OPs comparisons however the key difference here is the game is a form for entertainment like no other. All of those other small team games are great and all but very different from 7d2d. Although the game has had many alphas, it has been playable all throughout. Hell they probably could of chopped the game into several released paid titles/DLC if they really wanted to but they havent (exception was console...lol)
  19. A20 should give your group some more challenge. Increased biome/district spawns as well as the new feral sense mode. Loot has also been rebalanced as well. Edit: What day/night setting are you guys using? I would recommend shortening it as well for more challenge. There is also random horde nights with no warning setting.
  20. Thanks and hell of a 1st post. 😅
  21. You bring up an excellent point. Now if 7d2d was a subscription MMO or if they were charging for updates, I can understand some of the angst. There are also some folks who want it finished so they don't have to keep starting over and over again. Although I can empathize, 7d2d is a game that restarting new games is part of the fun so that is not really an issue for myself as a player.
  22. Nice try, I hope you lose your January bet 😄
  23. There is a huge selection of trim block shapes available to the player to craft and use. They are accessible as soon as you craft your 1st "Frame" variable helper block.
  24. Its actually "Xtreme" block cowboy. Movie should be coming soon in a theater near you! 😅
