  1. Sorry for the trouble. Let's see if we can get you sorted with the first problem, then we can move unto the next problem. What kind of Anti-virus software are you running? Sometimes that interferes with the launcher as it falsely flags it. The Mod Launcher is distributed through a One-Click packaging system. This is a microsoft-based solution, but sometimes it misbehaves. Let's try to fix that by doing Option A, and if that doesnt work, try option B. A) Go into Program Files and Remove the 7D2D Mod Launcher, and then re-install it B) Copy and paste this in an Explorer window: %APPDATA%\..\Local\Apps\2.0 And delete everything in there. This is the OneClick cache that windows maintains for these types of apps. The information will be re-generated when you use a program listed in here Here's the reference I'm using for the Options: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2713442/clickonce-application-fails-to-update
  2. You can scrap wood to get sticks
  3. Hey gpcstargate. Happy new year! 5.2 isn't that much bigger than the older release, however, github could have been experiencing an issue, or the ISP may have had a slow down. Let me know if the problem persists, or if anyone else is seeing the same issue.
  4. Sorry for the trouble. Looks like the mod didn't full install. Can you try again, and if it fails again, do the following: Click on the View menu, then click on Log Files In that screen, click on Upload Log File, and pass me the pastebincom link. In the same screen, click on the little drop down box that says 7d2dlauncher.txt, and pick the output_log.txt. Click on Upload Log file for that one too, and pass me the link.
  5. I think your saves will be stored under your %APPDATA% folder. I'm not familiar with Steam Back up or restore. Do you know for certain it actually backs up your local saves as well as your game files?
  6. When you say your saves of starvation, is that for older installs of the mod, or your actual save games?
  7. Sorry for the trouble. If the Disable SSL doesn't work, you can try to go into File -> Clear - Clear Mod History, then restart the mod launcher and see if the list is restored. I'm not sure where the IP for 151.101.20.133:443 is coming from. Looks like some kind of proxy / redirection. If the above doesn't work, please try running Malware Bytes anti-spyware, or check your proxy settings.
  8. Can you post the Launcher log files from a clean, fresh install? After doing a fresh install, and running the game once, click on the View menu, then go to Log Files. Click on the Upload Log file, and pass me the pastebin.com link it gives you.
  9. The Patching will only work against the vanilla resources.assets file, so if there was any changes done before hand, then it won't be applied. The Patcher uses a checksum to make sure that it's meant to work against that particular version.
  10. Ravenhearst already includes the zombie retexturing. Your files are already patched.
  11. Sorry for the trouble. Let's see if we can get you sorted out. Sorry for the trouble. Let's figure out what the issue is. After the game fails, can you click on the View Menu, then log files? PIck the output_log.txt, and click on Upload Log file. It'll give you a pastebin.com link that you can give to me.
  12. Seems like some filtering is going on. Can you click on Disable SSL, and restart the launcher to see if the list is restored?
  13. You are running a 32-bit verison of 7 days to die, when you should be running 64-bit. I'm not sure what the LGSM does, but it looks like its installing the 32-bit.
  14. There are no known issues with the Ravenhearst DLL. If you've replaced it with another, or it wasn't running from default, your settings were incorrect. If you replaced the Ravenhearst DLL with the Nexus Mod's DLL, then you have a broken install now.
  15. try C:\PathTo7d2d\7Daystodie.exe -configfile=C:\Pathto7d2d\SaveConfig.xml
  16. Sorry for the trouble. The log file looks like it's trying to load the Dedicated version (Dedi_7_Days_Horde_edition, but is running the 7daystodie.exe, which is the Client. It looks like you have a mixture of client and dedi in the same folder. If you are running a server, you'l want to start it using the startdedicated.bat script, rather than the binary itself.
  17. Sorry for the delay. Please try the 64-bit server edition. You are currently using the 32-bit version, and can only access 3.7G of memory.
  18. Let us know when you have a full log. The error is probably above that.
  19. Can you post your log files?
  20. Sorry for the trouble. Would you mind trying again, and if it fails, do the following: 1) Click on the View Menu 2) Click on Log Files 3) In the new screen, click on Upload Log File. It'll give you a pastebin.com link. If you pass that link to me, I'll be able to help get you sorted.
  21. Hmm, that is definitely strange. Let's see if we can get you sorted out. Are you using Simple or Advanced mode? Could you post the log files of the launcher? Click on the View menu, then click on Log Files. Click on Upload Log File and pass me the pastebin.com link.
  22. The Mod Launcher generates a small serverconfig.xml, and passes the --configfile=SaveConfig.xml parameter to it, when you click on Save All Games Local To Mod. Inside this SaveCOnfig.xml is just this: <ServerSettings> <property name="SaveGameFolder" value="C:\7D2D\Saves\Sphereii-mental\WinterProject" /> </ServerSettings> Hope this helps!
  23. War of the Walkers 5.2 is now available in the Mod Launcher! We left the original one in there, so people can continue their current play throughs. The new version is labeled 5.2. For the bigger back pack, we've included the Xtrakicking's zombie retexture pack as well! Congrats dwalllorde. A great release!
