  1. I appreciate the feedback. My Mods was originally developed to add your own overhaul, etc. With modlets coming into play, they become more important, but the feature was never really pushed. I do plan on fixing that in the future, but as you said, Steam Workshop would replace that functionality (I hope). But the mod launcher is already 4 years old. Performance can be spotty, it's not cross-platform, etc. I am looking at a new design that would be cross platform, and would be putting more of a focus on the modlet system for that version, and by extension, "My Mods".
  2. My wife does the same for her steam controller. The Installed Mods can be a bit wonky. Make sure that your target folder is the same as it was. For example, default, all mods are installed under C:\7D2D\. You can change this by clicking on Starting Splash Screen and clicking on the Blue Folder
  3. Have you tried rebooting? Typically that error comes having two mod launchers opened, or some kind of security software blocking it. Either anti-virus, or spyware, or something that.
  4. Take a look here: http://7d2dmodlauncher.org/HowtomakeaModLauncherConfigurati.html You'll need a configuration file, hosted somewhere. Usually in the same github as your overhaul. When you have it written, then send me a message and I'll take a look at it before postingit live.

That is intentional. This particular fix only applies to new instances of Trader Hugh's base. Other conditions may cause him to disappear, and I'd be interested in investigating them more. Trader Hugh's base has a lot of experimental stuff in it.
  6. I don't think there's any changes in it. I think soon we'll push a slightly revised version from the Winterween project. I wrote a plugin for my DMT that will auto-update my build numbers, so that's what happened there with the version bump.

I pushed a fix to both 19.2 and 19.3 for Hugh's trader. Let me know if the issue still persists. For existing worlds, I think if you log out and back in, he'll re-appear

I need to do a fix. Hopefully I can find some time shortly. I need to edit his prefab again

Trader Hugh has been particularly troublesome. I may have to edit his prefab to work around it.

Have you had a chance to play this version of the mod yet? There isn't many opportunities to dig tunnels.

I do not believe this is currently possible. It would require new work to add code to read a version file from the client and display it. Is the current iteration of the mod not changing things radically enough?

Maybe here would be better to ask:

The version of the mod, or the version of 7 Days To Die installed?
  14. What modlets do you have in your environment? I'd check their ModInfo.xml, as it looks like one may be malformed.
  15. Sorry for the delay. I hooked into your repo, so they are starting show up. You do have one that has a modinfo.xml, all lowercase. This should be ModInfo.xml. This will cause issues with linux / mac users.
  16. Update to 2.1.25 to fix library mis-fanglement.
  17. Sorry for the trouble, could you try this installer: https://github.com/7D2DModLauncher/ThickInstaller/blob/master/Beta-SetupInstaller.msi
  18. https://github.com/7D2DMods/Mods It should look something like that. Each modlet in its own folder, at the root.
  19. Update time! It's been 4 long months.... But 2.1.23 is here. - Upload Log Files works again (oops) - Installed Mods should show up now (oops) - Overhaul Mods are read dynamically, rather than database backed. ( to work around the disappearing gitlab mods )
  20. Send me your github/gitlab link to where the modlets are, and I'll start indexing them.

Comfort is not a goal of Winterween.

Mod Launcher uses a git library to download the individual files, so whatever was blocking the large single download was bypassed. Good luck

Github is not reporting any issues; I just downloaded from the link in Chrome, and seems to work. Have you tried the Mod Launcher?

There is no such limit on Github. The only limits github has are 100 meg per individual files, and that's for uploading, not downloading. I was able to just sync the entire repo successfully. How are you downloading it?

I have pushed another fix that stopped it crashing on the linux host. Would you mind trying it again?
