  1. Haha I wouldn't call it hacking It's a feature called "My Mods", where you can make your own private mod, which just contains the download links dwallorde posted
  2. I'm awake and working on getting this in the mod launcher
  3. Okay, so it looks like it's not installed correctly. Here's the install instructions on how to install Ravenhearst. Just substitute the mod with True Survival Files.
  4. As with all SDX mods, you have to disable EAC to play them. Try that.
  5. 1) In the Mod Launcher, select the version of Ravenhearst you want 2) Start the game as you normally do, and let it fail 3) Click on the View menu, then go to Log Files 4) Select the 7d2dlauncher.txt, from the Log Files screen, and click on Upload Log FIle. It'll give you a pastebin.com link to share with us. 5) Select the output_log.txt, from the Log Files screen, and click on Upload Log file.
  6. New update! Minor change for downloading from a new hosting site, and a fix to the additional parameters bug.
  7. Can you provide log files?
  8. Can you uncheck "Save All Games Local to Mod", and blank out the "Additional Command LIne Parameters...", and try again?
  9. Sorry for the trouble. The output_log pastebin.com link seems to be set to private, so I cannot view it.
  10. I've never heard of this bug before. Is it reproducible?
  11. It sounds like the item consumption bug. If you move your bandage to your tool belt, and use it there, it should work more reliably. Same for food, reading schematics, etc.
  12. Valmod + Compo Pack is a really good play through, as is the War of the Walkers. For something different, True Survival is fairly unforgiving. It's a very hard mod. Ravenhearst is a beast of an SDX mod; lots of new content, lots of zombies; it's challenging. If you are looking for a really big change of pace, for some short play throughs, take a look under sphereii-mental section at Valoween ( Valmod + stuff ) and the Winter Project, which is ComSens Mod plus stuff.
  13. Thank you for your kind words. The mods available run the gamut of making exploring and levelling top priority, to slowing progression to a crawl, or even turning everything you know about a world and burying it. Some mods are traditional, while others offer a completely new experience. There's so many creative people on the forums, and I wish you luck on discovering all the mods that challenge your play style.
  14. I'm terribly sorry for missing your question yesterday, and thank you, Guppycur for answering in my absence. Adding complimentary mods are done as-requested, usually by either the players, or from the modders. Typically, if I see a combination that can be done safely, without adversely affecting the base mod, I'll make an entry for it. Such things would be adding CompoPack as an option, or a UI, if no UI is in the base mod. For larger, more complicated builds, I usually avoid that and leave it to the modders themselves. These mods are so big, they cannot be easily merged with any other mod, and must instead be supported in the base mod. For Starvation specifically, they have resisted the call for a larger backpack, as they feel it goes against what their mod represents. That will always be respected. They have mentioned they may look into it in the future, but nothing concrete. Similarly, the UI is very custom for Starvation and is incompatible with any other UI. If you plop SMX in there, then the custom workstations will stop working, and other odd things will happen.
  15. If you have a blacksmith table, try destroying it and remaking it.
  16. Try scrapping Wood. You'll get sticks.
  17. Sadly, no, not yet. If it's ever possible, I will.
  18. Enabling this option in the Mod Launcher will expose a "Check here to download from a mirror" option. Those users can click on that, and it'll download from the mirror, instead of github.
  19. Thank you kindly, and I wish you and yours a warm holiday season as well
  20. Hmm, still not a full log. Something definitely is strange. Did you uninstall, and re-install your video drivers? An rebooted?
  21. Excellent, thank you. I appreciate your patience as we try to sort this out. The log file looks like it was cut a bit short. Would you be able to re-launch the game, generate the error, then trying the log file again?
  22. Thanks, but we still have confusion. The Launcher log file is pointing to: INFO 1 _7D2DLauncher.frmMain - launching: E:\Steam\steamapps\common\True_Survival\True_Survival_A16.2\7DaysToDie.exe while that log file is: E:\Steam\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die\ Here's an Imgur Album showing you the steps to upload the correct log: https://imgur.com/a/SXq6W
