Auto-reload is unacceptable

You cannot launch the game with this "feature" unfixed.

I have a hotbar full of weapons precisely so I can switch between them and reload once the fight is over ...

Except the game is broken and forces a reload before you can switch weapons.

This is a Class B bug. Fails Concept FMEA. Please fix.

Make an option if you want n00bs to have auto-reload. Even have it on by default.

Just give people that know how to play FPS the ability to turn it off.

Yeah, the auto-reload is nasty, especially because you can barely move while reloading. Pretty much a death sentence when dealing with multiple runners.

 

I really hope they patch this out. Item switching is already wonky and slow enough without it.

Seriously forced auto-reload is probably one of the things I hate the most in this game. I had made some threads about this back in A16 but apparently most people don't care.

auto reload either must be a perk or a game mechanic. Its a really buggy and unrewarding thing to have. However perhaps that is what TFP intended? Try and keep an open mind people!! :D its A17 "experimental" For a reason

 

Maybe it'd help to pay more attention to your ammo remaining, I mean right now though it is bugged where if you use the mousewheel to switch to a gun it doesn't show you how much ammo is loaded or how much you have.
