I do have a suggestion; could you add some kind of tint to the multitool icons like you did with the FirstAidBandageSplint? It'd help distinguish them over the vanilla tools. You can either re-download the entire thing or add <property name="CustomIconTint" value="9f59de"/> to each item yourself.
