  1. I'm only going by what the devs have actually told me, not what you think is right or wrong. =) They do not like us sharing their asset files. Period. It's one of the reasons I wanted Xtra to switch to this method of editing textures; the reason Sphereii has been patching .asset files... the reason for a LOT of the modding changes you're only seeing the end result of. The time will come when they start shutting certain mods down. And you're comparing apples to orangutans. Sharing the model that the developers created and the game uses is entirely different than sharing the end result of the usage of those models. You can argue it, but I won't be participating. Take it up with the development team. Like you said, they're easy enough to extract, just go ahead and do it, or talk someone into giving them to you in PM.
  2. That would mean directly sharing tfp assets, something their staff has made plain would be... Bad.
  3. Eeeenteresting... I'll hit up mum in discord; I know the v2's spawned in testing, but there were some "complications" and mum might have had to rearrange a few things; we will get it sorted.

  5. Xmls literally extend from the regular dog, that's weird. Any other mods installed?
  6. @Deadication: The 1hp trees are caused by installing this mod on an old save game; the trees all go to 1hp.
  7. Well, tfp would require 15 steel, 10 mech parts and 10 electrical. ...me, I'd make it lootable only, but with a dead battery that you'd also need to loot.
  8. Word on the street is the better trees are going to be optional. You decide which trees you want to use. That kind of thing. That's the word on the street. Sesame Street.
  9. D, have you talked to sphereii about patching, rather than replacing the asset files? Might could separate the mod into sections more then.
  10. Ah okay, perfect... ...so what the dll does is allows you to run the smoothworld command on maps larger than the 4k (I think). SmoothWorldAll is the cmd.
  11. Did you run the smoothworld command after replacing the DLL? Sorry, I can't assume anything. :-)
  12. Side by side comparison, TERRAIN TEXTURES ONLY. No tree improvements. Vanilla on left, Dust on right. Slight FPS drop, so I'm assuming the tree improvement is why most are experiencing fps increases using the full mod.

  15. No, like he has a fix, but I don't understand it. Something called smoothworldall, but he had to dll hack it for it to work properly. He'll be along.

  17. Go through the tutorial step by step, not missing any steps; one of them talks about an export script and then right clicking the prefab to export your objects.
  18. The issue is that Xpath won't deal with the localization file because it is a text file. You would have to manually give it to your clients.
  19. There's something terribly wrong with the current build; I'm hoping it's temporary, but yeh, it's not doing what it's supposed to be doing at the moment.
