  1. Another tip for you. Avoid drinking plain water. I always go for the Red Tea, it lowers food usage for a bit after drinking and the red flowers are everywhere, just grab em up. If you spend an early point into making a forge then you're guaranteed a cooking pot and you can make the teas. Any can food that has a recipe try to save for later when you can make those better foods. I know when you're new food is more of a challenge but save what you can, you'll be glad for those chili dogs etc later on.

Hell, I can't figure out how to do half stacks on the keyboard which is exceedingly simple to do on the controller(another reason I prefer the controller)

right click mouse and drag off a half stack.

And no it is not optional.

It's absolutely optional. NO one is forcing you to do anything. If you cannot control yourself that's on you.

There is no other way to get levels, money AND loot this quickly.

You are the one deciding it needs to be done quickly. You and only you are making this choice. I personally don't go so far as to never do more than 1 quest a day but it's a rare day when I do so. It does happen tho every now and then.

Why? simple - money. For example  Cod is 70 $ now and that's a lot - 70$ =+- 300 zł (PLN) = typical polish income is 2363 zł.

That means nothing without context. Is that income per week? Month? Year? If you're saying a $70 AAA game is 1/8 of a week's pay then that's not abnormal here in the US either. If however you're saying a game is 1/8 of a month's or year's salary then yes, that's super expensive.

You can no longer skip tiers by a lucky find.

Yes you can. You can still loot or buy the actual tool or weapon... You just can't skip past it in crafting. How many of us actually craft tools or weapons anyway? I know I rarely do anyway. I find them in loot usually long before I have enough parts to craft them.

You only have to replace 'Broken car replacement, new door creation, and fluff' with whatever Zombie creation devs are doing and my point remains and is perfectly salient.

No, it's actually not. You're still ignoring the basics. Artists work on art. Coders code. Artists doing their thing does not stop the Coders from doing theirs.

This depends about few things : you want to play mostly in SP, Coop or MP?

About blood moon - no chance to hide you have to fight with zombies, you can make a base but you have to find yourself because pasive traps don't give you EXP.

Maps depends on your options - there is a lot of  diffrent POI.

If you want mostly to play realistic mods - wait few years.

If you don't care about art style and you want to just play for fun - buy it

If you don't like mods - wait until devs will comfirmed if there will be dlc or not

    1. Coop IS MP so.......... should have said SP, Coop or PvP

    2. Some traps DO give xp when perked into them.

    4. So everyone's definition of "realistic" is the same?

    5. Same as above but for art style.

    6. Huh? What does that have to do with anything? The game is more than worth buying even if there were no mods or never would be DLC, imo ofc.

Tl;Dr to the OP. Buy the game. If you're really that on the fence then wishlist it and wait and buy it on sale, it happens often.

Anyone who plays multiplayer knows doing Quests is mandatory to stay competitive.

Absolutely untrue. It may be true for PvP Multiplayer but that is NOT all or even a majority of MP in this game. Cooperative MP is FAR more common than competitive MP.

Apparently I'm an idiot for thinking that paying developers for a game should imply an obligation on the developers to build the game based off of feedback from the buyers.

    You said it succinctly.

I paid for the game to take part in the development of it,

No, you paid to have the ability to play the game as THEY made it. Nothing more and nothing less.

I'd say it is the oven because I think I remember Madmole mentioning that once.

Oh I really hope so. Sad that we can make vehicles and guns but still have to cook on a campfire in our kitchens.

@Vampirenostra Does it have a dedicated GPU? If not that might be the reason.

On a PC you need benchmarks like Prime95 or Cinebench to get all cores loaded at 100%. If a game does that, something is very wrong with the system. I have no clue about apple though.

The i7-8750H is 6 cores tho so it's not all cores loaded at 100%.

this WAS a good mod, it had seperate furnace and forge among other things, but i found it too restrictive, by that i mean, it wouldnt play well with other mods, or would even block them entirely, hence why i wont use it anymore.

Um.... no total overhaul is intended to drop other mods in on top of lol.
