    A stack is 10, a stack and a half is 15 veggie/beef stews

He said in his post that his friends were eating a stack and a half and that he was eating three, count that, 3 stacks. Yes I know he's on 90 minute days. I'm on 120 min days. Yes I also read his play session length meant that was 30 stews in 3-3.5 in game days, Almost double my consumption rate. Please actually read what you're responding to.

And I bought the game same as them.. what’s your point?

My point is you not counting them as supporters.

that is because your comments are directed to my GF and not to me or the game..

When it was YOU that brought your GF into this, using her as some sort of "expert" to reinforce your point then it is perfectly valid to use the actual facts of her experience vs the experience needed to code a game being different.

Were each going through a stack and a half of beef stew/veggie stew per play session on average.  Some (like me) go through 3 stacks easily (melee build at pretty high game stage) a night.

If you're truly eating 30 beef stews a day I can't see how. Even at 90 min days. I play 120 min days, also all melee and only eat 3-4 a day. I think you're wildly exaggerating your actual food intake.

  4. I just found 3 yesterday in the POI where there are 4 houses under construction and 1 finished all together on a cul de sac. There were about 10 construction cardboard boxes between all the houses and that's where the acids came from. So if you run across this POI hit it up!

There'd be no reasonable expectation of a written/printed "recipe" explaining butchering, carving,

So by that reasoning then all recipes involving meat have the same problem. I thought we were discussing bacon in particular. Yes butchering is a different thing.

Well at least that´s a reason i can get behind. But the mods should maybe stick to one version when telling people why they got removed.

Or if that's the real reason then the Devs shouldn't have lied with the line about removing them because they only fit certain locations. Having a totally different answer from a Mod and the Devs means someone hasn't a clue what they're talking about and so shouldn't be answering the question.

I'd think that adding heatmap effects to generators would add some incentive to the late-game acquisition of solar panels. Especially if they were to add Demolishers into scout hordes.

The stated intention of the Devs was to encourage use of electricity by making it produce no heat compared to torched and candles. So adding heat to the gennie wouldn't make a lot of sense.

Find it strange that you need a recipe for bacon and eggs

So you think everyone knows how to turn a living pig into bacon? And then to cook it over a campfire without burning it? have you ever cooked eggs over a fire? Trust me, it is NOT at all like cooking it on your stove at home. It is VERY easy to completely trash them.

Will we have any optimizations during the Alphas?

Optimization has been and is now always an ongoing process. If you read the forums you'll see faatal constantly posting about optimizations he has worked on.

t doesn't need to be in the game in order for any player to oppose such ideas even in the concept stage.

Read the title of the thread....

    Alpha 20 Dev Diary

Not yea, if you wanted to make a new thread about a possible Alpha 21 feature change you're able to do so........ but here is just not the place yet.

and farmplots... are alright. In an apocalyptic wasteland, the ground might be irradiated. Fair enough. But now they are no longer the limiting factor, so why do they still exist/are mandatory for farming?

Did you not actually read WHY they were put in? Because the new ground system will not support directly farming there... READ!

"It exists as a result of the new landscape mesh system not making the old style farm plots visible."

you have to wear this specific outfit that you might not like in order to boost harvest percentage or be able to harvest crops effectively. You said in your post that the new system would fix armor clipping through clothing. Well it really doesn't.

Um.........do you even realize that the new clothing system is not even IN the game? So wth are you even complaining about when you have not and cannot even use the system to test it?

Really hope Kingslayer finds some time soon to make KingGen for A20 happen.

Yea, I was really really hoping that vanilla map generator would negate the need for a third party world builder but that turned out to just not be the case at all. It puts in far too few "cities" or "towns" and there's not enough control for biomes.

Any guess as to when this will be fixed?  Just lost my whole crafting base on day 28.  Had been in it for 7 ingame days and was off getting sand before the horde - as I'm driving back in the fog, I see burning stuff ahead and as I pull up, my base is collapsing :(  Frustrating as I dont' want to go in DM mode and "repair" it - this is the worst bug I've experienced since the minibikes used to cause me to fall through the world.

If your base collapsed when you weren't even there then more is going on that just the stability bug.

This is the bug, and this is a bug. If you don't consider this a bug, I will download a pirate alpha 19 and keep playing this version forever.

You can revert to A19 thru Steam you know... no need to pirate a version. Open Steam, right click 7dtd go to properties then go to Beta's and select what version you want to play. You can go all the way back to Version 8.8.

I'm not sure that's what caused the base to collapse. I watched the moment of the collapse frame by frame and there was only one zombie down there. The janitor who fell down moments before. During the horde, zombies kept falling down and they probably attacked the pillar before making their way back up.

Sp you're trying to tell me that Zombies don't randomly attack the base rather than follow an open path? The simplest way I can respond to that is this. You are wrong.
