    You ll need a servermanager for that. By the looks of the command /tp that would be csmm. But there are more. RAT, Servertools or Botman all have tp functionality too.

    Character data is nowhere near xml format (ttp), so there will be no easy peasy editting. By far.

    Yes, the only way to react to someone using the kind of passive aggressiveness the OP does. Not asking one question, acting as if TFP are out to get them, not even basing on ingame experience but merely air and best of all make a strong conclusion based on all those assumptions.
