  1. I know i know. My point on this is to find a logical and extensive solution , which could be good proposition for TFP right? So i thinks the best way is to mix this two solutions into one - creating zombie groups - my proposition : normal zombies - normal civilians (random non job clothes like pjamas tshirt etc ), doctors , postman, stipper , cook , factory worker, civilian pilot, rich bussines guys etc uncommon - ( have something special but they are still more like normal) - welder with wedling mask ( head armor) - diffrents colurs of their clothes , labs patients ( bleeding and stun immunity) , zombie children ( small so harder to kill but less hp) if it is too much controversial you can made them teens like ellie from the last of us (16-18 yo) ( a little bit shortert that normal zombie - perfect in high shool , farms , in some houses) , firefighter ( fire immunity) , runner ( guy who looks like typical runner) - faster movment and can jumping highter that normal zombie, burn victiom Weak zombies - weak and slow ( i thinking just make some unusual but weaker zombie can give a little bit diffrent right? only more powerfull will be not logic )- starved hobo, starved student ( in schools - they were students but they stuck in class one of them was infected , they couldn't get out - they now are emaciated zombies. Burned zombie - similar to burn victim but they don't burn and can't set player on fire. Dried zombie - survivor who died on dessert - looks like dried corpses. Wild zombie- teens who loves nature most of them are from farms and run away when zombie attacked- they tried to survive on wild but infection , murky water killed them - now they are emacited plant fibber or in animal skinn often barefoot and wouded zombies. loot zombies they dropping stuff - hobo ( diffrents clothes and hats) can drop junk, cans , hobo stew pills bone knife, zombie survivior ( zombies with diffrent backpack) - can drope gun parts, cans water pills books crubile etc. , hunter ( leather duster) can dropp hunting rifle steel or iron knife books seeds. soldier medic - zombie from 2 groups - hard to kill but have a lot of medic stuff and books. Support soldier - simlar but they dropping a lot of ammo and explosive stuff tought zombie 4 subgroups 1. hardhit - can make a big dmg and have a loot of hp - lumberjack ( diffrent colour of they flannel shirts and w/with hat and beard) , biker - diffrent clothes and tatoos some with beard some without. stong man - ( tops big musless some with tatoos) , prisoner 2. melee armor ( they get bigger protection against meele and bows and spears attack) - scrap armor zombie ( diffrent coulr of armors emblems small detals like diffrent wound etc) , iron armor zombie , hazmat ( diffrent colors and some have broken gasmask some big hole in their suits etc, steel armor zombie , riot police ( diffrent wounds , some with helmets and too colour variant - city black armour and prison blue armor) 3 range armor ( they get bigger protection against guns and crossbown ) - survivor in bulletproff jacket, bodyguard and cop (they are this same stats but diffrent models ), soldier ( diffrent military clothes ( some have berrets some helmets some in military gasmask etc) and diffrent camos), PMC ( simlar to soldier but they have black camo and nightvisions so they are harded to spot in night or in bunker . 4 Mix of this groups - bandit chef hit hard and have melee armor, zombie sergant hit hard and range armor, PMC heavy - slow can't run but have a melee and range armor hit hard and lot of hp special zombies - zombies with special skills - spider zombie , dog zombie , feral , footballer zombie , fat cop, screemer etc my proposition - demolisher - big zombie with chains looks like prisoner have big bonus to destroy blocks but they are rly rare. Unstabile fat - drowned zombie he is simlar to fat cop but they can only explode but he don't destoy block - his explosion do big dmg can infected and stunned. Acid- looks like weak pacient but he have a ill green skin and have range attack like fat cop but he is much weaker. half zombie - soldiers who gets valid vaccine - they can shoot with their guns but he can't reload - so if they guns are empty they attack like normal soldier zombie ( diffrent danger - soldier with pistol is less dangerous that with shotgun or mp5 - they don't have m60 rpg or sniper rifler or revolvers because ballance ) All of them have diffrent clothes , armor blood or dirty variants

Yeah i can agee with that but this more mechanic that setting for example : in cod when you choose knife you run faster that with rpg but you still have this same wage . i know there is much stupid things like germans have ppsh etc but they try to be realistic : zombies have proper winter helmets , you can find sdk 222 on die eisendrachen, you can find tigers tank in nza 1 2 or trilogy ( 4 go into much alternative way ) or logical stuff in bunker right? 2. If i good remember L4D2 valve team just "take" charger idea from forum ( it was looking exactly this same) , tf 2 have cominity updates , biding of issac get items from antibirth etc So if they "open" section : put what you want and maybe we will use something it will be legal if they put it in terms and there will be proof this was created by for example "wolo3124gaming" and is not assect bought somewhere or stolen. Ofc Law in USA is diffrent that in UE but probably it it possible. 3 in night there is not enought time to changing ( and you put brightness as you see counturs) ammo types right? ofc there are some diffrents like radioactive ( and you don't know the model only the green colour) , cop ( he is fat and it hard to mistake it antithing exept fat mama zombie) , spider ( but you see him because he is jumping like hunter from l4d) , bird is bird . Soldier , biker survivor etc like almost this same posture almost are this same. some in night i just keep to shot them down . In l4d2 for example we have common and uncommon, unocommon zombies looks enought diffrent that normal zombies but some of them have variants like : hazmats have 3 diffrent of colour of their suit and diffrent faces , workers have diffrent colour vest ( dirty yellow and green) etc . Did you saw new fat cop model ? you can make variants : w/with cap, blue or white thirt , with or without tie and they will be looking diffrent but you can still easy recognise them . i don;t have idea for another versions of feral. But we can now take soldier : winter, desert or woodland camo , with beret helmet or wounded with one shoes or barefoot and it you will know this is a soldier but it will looks diffrent. For new types of special zombies riot zombie can have black armour or blue in prison. Bandit can have scrap or iron armor there will looks diffrent but you know it its a bandit zombie type. i have some idea for "uncommon" zombies and some of them can be rly logical and diffrent enought. Sorry for gramma mistakes i have some types disturbends , even in my languages i'm making a lot of mistake which is a little bit anoying but i can't do anything with this so sorry 😅
  3. 7dtd have realistic setting right? like dying light , cod zombies or l4d2 so a makes groups of zombies like : civilan , soldier , doc, bandit , bikers etc with diffrent head , outfits could make keep them "fresh". Nom i have filling like playing in serious sam. Killing floor have this same model because they are clones created in lab - this logical that they look these same. I know it will be hard and time-consuming : people like to complain about this but i would to help. 1 model per month could help right? . i thinking about what zombies we need: some student in high school( diffrent jackets t shirt maybe some starved ), zombie nerds, hobos, more zombie soldiers models maybe with special forces ( black camo , gasmask and berets), factory workers , more farmers and bikers zombie , "primal" ( like mixed fiber clothes with high school girl starved so nowe she is zombie) etc that's why "groups" are good idea - soldier zombie can looks rly diffrent but you know he is a soldier so he have more health . Biker can have a diffrents tattoo w/with helmes, with diffrent tops or jacket but you know he is biker. Bandits can have random colour armor diffrent wounds etc and you will know he is bandit type etc. so they can look's diffent and you will still know how dangerous it is. Barefoot starved farm girl with one eye and some wound will surly be easier that steel armor heavybuild bandit zombie with tatoo everwhere or dark camo special force member
  4. Anywho know what software TfP to make characters models? i was thinking how much time it takes to create one zombie and maybe try to make some zombie models 😅
  5. i'm doing my best XD i know making a game irl hard but some solutions can rly help. If i good rember trees were a rly big problem for studios to create them looking good but speedtree help make it faster , Metahuman on unreal engine can reduce creating characters model time etc
  6. i know the point but , red green or blue scrap helmet will be perfect sign of bandits group right? ofc pink miltary armor is stupid but woodland camo ,dessert , snow? realistic so much
  7. good enough 😆 I have a question : the armor will sometimes respawning with color modes or wil be always "default" in next alpha?

Better option could be a gas in bunker or in lab and " contained zones" with zombie virus in air or even better with mushrom spores ( in this way they could add a "panzer" zombies and weaker but they could kill you easy by spore infection ) - you need a gasmask in military POI and hazmat suit in labs . Radiation just left as endmap barrier.

  11. That is great idea for new perk : be like hobbit . You don't need shoes in snow biom or desert and you have highter armor ( tought feet) but when you wear shoes you lose speed and wellness 😂
  12. that's why spider zombie is jumping everywhere and feral is the fastest : both of them are barefoot so they don't to worry about creasing their shoes 😅

And what is better - dead bodys ( execeptions of dead survivor in green tshirt , cut in half or sitting , dead pilot , girl in pijama and pink socks - most this model is in l4d1 or transfered to l4d2 ) have random heads like ceda dead doctors or paratroop on swamp or are totaly random like body piles or random dead zombies. A lot of " bases" like pilot, national guard, coop, bussines guy, shirtless guy etc just with another head and wounds , mud or dirty can create feeling they are not these same. Any one know which tools TFP using to create characters models? ( i asking because i' dont want to just complain about small number of model but i want to help) i remind something - there is one unique tool/weapon - taza'a stone axe . So it is implement but it is just artifcal impelemntation - i think add this same looking weapons but with name and better stats can't be a big problem (ofc it can create a new bugs and it need time but it can be easier to create just add pistol with this same model and better stats in for example in specifc office POI that create new model )
  14. Well i can't agree - in waw der riese heads of zombie looks rly diffrent that in shi no numa or verruck . Ofc in later maps they looks more this same ( exceptions : origins- gasmask or more or less rotten and outbrake and firebase Z. ) But even a colour of clothes can make a big diffrent like in die rise or the gigant - so make just smal change like zombie soldier in beret or with diffrent camo could change a lot or bussisnes zombie with white or black suit . I can agree with l4d2 head but clothes change a lot - fallen survivor looks diffrent and is worthy to hunt him - police zombie after the last stand update can drop nightstick , doctors and patients in no mercy hospital are something "unusual " and you can spot diffrents. 7dtd is slower so it is easier to see 3 this same looking zombies hiting a wall . I know i know it easy to complaying and it is just time-consuamble to make new models ( i wish i could help but i just don;t know how make characters - ofc it can be make in Fuse but it will be looking to cartoonlike and 7dtd is on unity so new character creator which looks rly good will only work with unreal engine - it won't have a option to transfer model with texture to another engine)
  15. I posted about that in Developer diary and i support this idea but it wasn't working that in hl2 , it was in l4d1. In l4d2 before the last upadte "colours " was connected with light (complicated}. It can be done but it will be time consuming. No one want to see a fat hawaii with arllene head right? + i postuled to added more variouse like studnets in high school , riot police , bandits , wild (for example 16 yo barefoot fiber clothes girl with wounds) zombie . But it just need time

That's shame because it it more "accetable"in games to have zombie children that 2016 - for example days gone is AAA game and have children zombie , re 2 ( kento daughter is infected ) , no more room in hell will have it too, so it can passed i think ( maybe someone from devs can say more about it) but teens like 16-17 yo ? Why not? like in high school jacket guy , wizzy zombie geek in googles or wild starved to death barefoot fiber girl near forest - it will be not so contoversal like 12 yo zombie but steal suited in schools or liblary right? . If you wanted to create children in any game you need creat them diffrently because it will looks very creepy like in cyberpunk 2077 XD but . Ofc i don't thinking to change 7dtd into world war z when bodys are everywhere but just 3-4 more corpses in miltary bases or in big buldings , some skeletons on desert and in ghost town and cementary , burned bodys in burned forest in burned buldings. Big piles can bo good in places like swimminpoll or near hospital in hole or new Poi with a lot of corpses " road post" - sandbags with 3 soldiers body, military truck some light and wire and 5-6 zombie bodys.

Yes and no : corpses yep but more models for them and zombies please XD Becouse sometimes i feel like in serious sam : random clothes color like in L4D could be good enought for long time, But i still waiting for zombie bandits, riot police zombie (just typical zombie with armor bonus and more hp) and zombie children ( weaker but harder to hit) and it will be just enough in enemy issue 😅 ( pls support this idea guys )

  21. In earlier alpha were more of them , ofc you can find flesh and bones on street but this is no body. And i don't count body bags as corpses. So more of them with diffrent models could be added.
  22. Well anyone thinking is missing corpses like it was in A15-16? It should be more in places like miltary bases ( dead soldiers and scientist) , burned houses ( burned skeleton in bed for example) , it could added some "atmosphere" like - 3 dead zombies and dead survivor near a supply box , they could be lootable and also be a "source" of flesh and bones. Another "atmosphere" idea - random clothes colour for zombies - i know make model is rly hard and time is needed but 3 same type of zombie but a diffrent colurs clothes could elimate clone syndrome. Adding new types of zombie like infested bandit - zombie in scrap armor ( slow but hard like feral), Riot zombie ( you can easy make it diffrent using another color schematic for city and for prison- even more damage he can take but slow ), more civilian zombies , maybe dead hobos ( clotharmor and skull cap and ofc beard) maybe zombie children ( short like spider zombie and weaker that normal but harder to hit) - in school uniform in school, "normal" (tshirt jeans and sneakers) , feral teens( plant fiber clothes without shoes and gloves and looking like starved) . I know guns need to be balanced , meele too but it is nessesery against whom we are using. Bandits could be diffrent and interesiting enemy but is will be harder to make them properly. Ofc good mechanic is very importart but dead body on roof, eaten soldier in half in bunker or zombie teen in school is like ketchup in hot dog- ofc you don't need it but someting is missing without it

A little bit offtop but bandit camps coulde be good idea : small ones : just small barricade bulding 2-3 archers (or blunderbuss) and 1 heavy bandit , medium takeover trader camp 4-5 archers 1-2 low tier gunners ( huting rilfe and pistols) , 2 -3 meeles and purple tier stuff chief( steel armor with shotgun or smg). Big camp could be military base : 4-5 gunners with smg or shotguns , 4 meeles with heavy steel sledgehammers , 1-2 with military snaiper rifle and boss with m60 or rpg. This places could be part of quest or just POI but with reward chest with rarity like : small camp - wood chest with low tier guns tools etc , medium - 2 wood chest and 1 iron with medium tier items , big with 5 wood chest 2 iron and 1 miltary with top tier stuff. what do you thinking about it?
  24. Well, child zombie could be high like spider zombie but "slow" as normal - weaker damge that normal zombie but smaller so harder to hit. Riot Police can reduce normal ammo damage so you need FMJ or sledgehammer etc.
  25. I have a question : there is idea about new "versions" of zombies like : another type of doctor , riot police , child zombie or just diffrent clothes color for zombies?
