    There's a discussion internally about this type of issue with the random stats causing weird outliers, but as of right now it's working as intended unless that conversation results in a change. WIP for now.

    I understand the world may not be the same, that's not the issue. Your repro steps should include explicit steps on how you got to the problem. How did you generate the map? From the new game menu? From the Random Gen Previewer? From the Create World menu? Are you able to reproduce it more than once in a row after clearing your data each time on your end? Moving this to incomplete until more data is available.
