  1. Correct. The build options were only in the game because the prefab/world editors were not ready yet. Now that those editors exist, the options for them have been removed from the game.
  2. I would also recommend re-installing the display driver software from Nvidia or AMD. Then ensure that the client is properly excluded from security software. And yes, would need logs. Use Pastebin. Instructions are Pinned.
  3. Open the launcher, and tick the box for "Use native input". See if that helps. Also, you should have the controller plugged in well before you start the game. Changing input/output devices after program has started is not something you ever want to do. Programs do not update hardware changes on the fly.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the OP and the file is attached.
  5. Most likely the issue is the 30k item stack mod. Having insane stack sizes is known to cause issues. Try removing the mods and verifying your files. Give it a shot in Vanilla, and see if you have the issue still.
  6. Just making a note, I use Cloudflare's filtered DNS as primary, and OpenDNS as secondary for our servers, and haven't had any issues with them.
  7. As far as I am aware, this is a feature of both console versions.
  8. I have done this, but you end up losing some CPU performance to the software that's managing the workloads. I have done this with a pair of 1060's, and the results were negligible. (And to be fair, it's the only way to team a pair of 1060's together since they have no SLI bridge.)
  9. This is especially important when you have a CPU that has extremely weak multi-core performance, like the second generation AMD chipsets. Chips like the 2700 have awesome single-core speeds, but when they're tasked with a program that uses/requires multithreading their performance takes a nose dive. Following this tip will help to boost the performance on those chips quite a bit. You'll go from struggling to get 40FPS to 100FPS in a heartbeat if it's paired with a decent GPU.
  10. I did also attach the file directly to the OP, so no external links are needed.
  11. Ok, I need for you to do something before you ever post on any forum ever again. Read the Announcement Banners, Pinned Threads, and Currently Existing Active threads BEFORE you decide to start a new thread. It will save yourself a hell of a lot of time, and will frustrate others a hell of a lot less.
  12. I had attached the file to the thread for direct download as well. It shows up at the bottom of the post. Just be aware that this is no longer supported, and each update brings it farther away from being stable.
  13. No. They're going to finish the PC version of 7DTD. Though they have had plans for their next game for a few years now. The team has increased in size considerably since then, and with 7DTD nearing beta-testing and release soon™️, they can afford to split a couple of programmers off to start working on the base code for it in the relatively near future without affecting 7DTD development. (They're also hiring BTW, as previously mentioned.)
  14. As far as I'm aware, there is little improvement with SLI. Game client is still CPU-bound.
  15. Full logs from both sides when the issue occurs. Use Pastebin.
  16. It's possible that it doesn't if any were added during experimental. This is due to the fact that support for Nitrogen dropped well before a19.0 went stable. It shouldn't be too tough to add them in though if any were missing. And to be perfectly honest, if any are missing, it's probably not more than 3-5 total out of 500+
  17. Gameworld=RWG should be changed to GameWorld="TurtleSoup" for it to use the uploaded world.
  18. There is. It's in a massive red banner at the top of these forum sections. There are also a number of posts discussing it over the past few months that it looks like you missed reading.
  19. Also note that if you have any data from previous Alpha builds, you need to wipe all the things. Cleanup tools are in the launcher.
  20. I have a 3900x with a 1060 and don't have a problem with a stable 60FPS at 1080p. The game really doesn't do well at higher resolutions, and this isn't the type of game that's going to get a benefit from a higher framerate. Also note that options with the word "Reflection" in them will absolutely tank FPS because this feature is not optimized.
  21. Nitrogen takes a lot of shortcuts. It's not nearly as complex as the built-in tool. This has both plusses and minuses. Terrain generally isn't as smooth as stock RWG, though stock does have some areas that are pretty rough as well. You can customize the map a lot more with Nitrogen, especially in regards to POI and biome layout, but it's more likely to have placement bugs than the stock mixer. Also keep in mind that Nitrogen has not been updated for a19.0 stable, much less up to a19.3. As a result, the process it's using is a few versions behind the default RWG mixer, and this creates some major compatibility issues. Right now it's basically "use at your own risk" tool, that may cause game-breaking bugs, and may not ever be updated again. The community is pretty handy though, and if you've got questions or issues, they are very open to assisting.
  22. Personally they will most likely go with Iron Galaxy again, since IG is already familiar with the code. As you stated, the big issue is cost. There is also the fact that TFP is not a console publisher, and they would need to find one. Then there's the lawyers, and more money, ect. ect. ect. And as stated already in the big red banner most of you don't bother to read, If anything happens, it won't be until after the PC game is finished.
  23. Instruction for why, and how to exclude the client, are in the Support FAQ stickied in General Support.
  24. First log no notable issues found. Second log the same. If your friend is 'Austin The King Duck', then this is the section where they try to connect to the server. It would appear that the disconnection is external from the server. So it's most likely a problem with their connection, or with something like security software blocking it. I cover both of these in detail in the Sticky FAQ thread.
  25. Not sure why the link isn't working for some of yall. Worked just fine for me. I edited the first post to attach the file. That should make it easier for you.
