Can use justpaste.it up to a couple MB, or just upload it to Google Drive and share. Also as Riamus stated, trimming the error spam to just the first couple of occurrences, or immediately exiting the client after the error so you don't get a bloated file are good ways to trim it down.

Ping fluctuations like that are typically caused by not excluding the client and save folders from security software. This is covered in detail in the Pinned Support FAQ thread.
Barring that, it could be a network protocol issue. Try using the network patch option in the game client settings.

Looks like the error is in loading the world data on the server. Have you played on this map at all? Did you copy it over to the server, or generate it on the server? Was the map generation interrupted before it completed?

Don't touch it. It isn't crashing. You just need to wait. If you touch it, then Windows will get involved and assume it isn't reponding because it's busy doing something else.
This is also in the KI list, and in the Bug Reports.

If you're getting the experimental, you aren't simply using app_update 294420. You would only get that if you had the -beta tag for the experimental build.

Game is CPU bound, and that CPU is not really up to snuff. Even when it released, the biggest con to the chipset was "Low resolution gaming performance". It's fine at doing a bunch of single-threaded tasks, but when attempting to do multi-threaded operations it falls flat on its face. Single-core performance is not far from where 7th-gen Intel CPU's sit, and they're just overclocked 6th-gen chips.
The higher you set your resolution, the more of a load you will be putting on your CPU. It doesn't matter that you have a 3080Ti, your bottleneck is your CPU.
IMHO, the game doesn't really benefit from 4k anyway. It's not like this is CyberPunk.

Ok, the patch notes for 21.1 did suggest making a new save. The error is on a craft timer, so that is most likely the cause.

And that's where you start having problems.
A20 save and world data is not compatible with a21.
If you had a previous a21 experimental save, it was recommended to start anew with Stable.
Curious though, have you reset the time, or used settime command?
More information on what exactly you did with carrying the save/world over would be useful as well. Carried over from what version? Where?

Game ports should be 26900 TCP and 26900-26903 UDP.
Next time you post a log, post the entire thing. You left a lot of important data out.

LCB's only block POI sleeper spawns. They don't block anything else. How big is your base?

As I have stated previously in another thread regarding PSU failure.. I could run Prime95 and Furmark side-by-side for days and not stress the system near as much as just running the game client. It did end up being the PSU in the end. Bad rail wasn't suppling enough power to the disk when there was a certain amount of load. Finally figured it out by running OOCT for a couple of hours and testing the actual voltage on the rails.
My bad using was a Corsair 750. Ended up replacing it under warranty with another Corsair, which ended up failing in a similar fashion, except it took out the SSD and almost fried the motherboard in the process. Replaced that with an MSI A850GF, and haven't had any issues yet.
All information provided so far points to either PSU failure, or thermal shutdown.

Internet went down. Did your IP change? Did your port forwarding get reset?
More information on your setup would be required. What ports did you configure for the server? What ports did you forward? Does the server host machine have a static local IP?

If you can provide videos showing how to create and reproduce the issue, and client logs of it happening, that would be great. I've tried to replicate this on SP, MP, and a dedicated server and have had zero luck in doing so.
