elpuertorro Posted April 11, 2016 Share Posted April 11, 2016 Yeah i remember getting a error to the gearmechanism (that's why i recalled it as soon as i saw it) on console when it was loading and would not load the game in 14.3, tried it again now for 14.4 and since didn't get any errors figured it was ok, guess will have to wait for Valdar as that is also from 1 of his mods, but thank you for trying man really! I accidentally left that line in one of the recipes. Sorry about that. Open the recipes.xml and search for gearMechanism. There is only one in the recipes.xml, fro the cntEPSWallSafe. Sorry again. Now, the sink issue. Actually... it works fine for me. I left click a working sink with the empty jar and it was filled. This is with using your config folder with no modification. 1971 and 1972 are the working sinks. The other two are not. Again, are you sure you're using the correct ones? What the hell now that I sorted that out I guess I'll start from 0 again so i can update to 14.5 and try the Unofficial XML as i have never used them, thanks again and sorry for wasting your time guys! Valmar Posted April 17, 2016 Author Share Posted April 17, 2016 On a server the instructions are practically identical to how you'd do it on a single-player game. The difference is on a rented server inorder to access the files you'd need FTP access with something like FileZilla. Though a lot of game hosts do have some in-browser way for you to change the files. The xml files are in your game directory - data folder - config folder. Turns out we don't need to make a whole list of extra recipes specifically for this to work. <property name="CraftingAreaRecipes" value="campfire" /> This property tells the workstation to use the recipe list of the campfire. So now any recipe you make for a campfire will also work with the oven without you having to make separate recipes specifically for the oven. Helps keep things tidy. I just manually added your bowls, and bucket to be able to get filled in your sinks, and noticed it was set to left mouse (as you wrote in the post). Buckets doesn't fill murky water, so i just added the sink to the list of of action1. So my question is, instead of adding clean water to action0 is it not possible to 'duplicate' the action1 class, and in the 'duplicate' add change_item_to on jars to bottledWater on action1? The reason i ask this, even though it should be obvious that it doesn't work like that is because: I added your modified jars and forgot to remove the old jars. So i ended up with jars that could be filled in a sink, BUT because of the duplicate entry, their stack size was 15 (Original) even though i made the stack size 100 (on your modded). So it seemed as if it got the 'fill this jar in a sink' part from your code, but kept the 'stack size is 15 biartch' from the original. I hope you see where i am going with this. Edit: So i went ahead and tested this out, having a duplicate entry with the jars, where one had action1 set to murkywater, and the other clean. Does not work. Best regards Hjorten The campfire cooking sound is attached to the particle effect. As the oven is not setup to have such an effect it will not produce any sound.
