Thank you for the report. I have confirmed the issue, only when I reset the chunk by command. I was not able to confirm it when activating a quest in the current stable (A20.2 b2). I will do further testing in an earlier version.

I could not reproduce this. I was able to complete the quest without issue after logging shutting down the game after getting my satchel and logging back in. Please upload the whole output log on pastebin for further investigation.

I attempted to reproduce the issue using the below steps, but was not able to. 1 - Placed 3 engines and some gas in a generator. 2 - Connected from the generator to a motion sensor. 3 - Connected from the motion sensor to the shotgun turret. 4 - Connected from the generator to a second motion sensor. 5 - Attempted to connect from the second motion sensor to the shotgun turret, but once connected, the wire between the first motion sensor and the turret disconnected. I will be looking deeper into this, because I heard of the same thing happening to 2 other people, one of them a streamer. Here is the link to the stream archive, linked to where he discovers the cave in.

If you mean the one that says ''Cabinet Filler (No Loot)" on it, it is by design that it can not be accessed. Both the links you posted show the corner cupboard, so I can't tell exactly which one you are talking about. The No Loot cabinet and the cabinets/cupboards with their doors opened can not be accessed by design.
