  1. Still...nope. -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  2. Nope. Not buying it. That doesn't explain how to go from dead pig to 3 lbs. of pork belly, which is what's really in question. Exceptions also don't make the rule. There'd be no reasonable expectation of a written/printed "recipe" explaining butchering, carving, smoking, cooking bacon in a home. When I say nobody would have this...sure, there's that one guy; Statistical Anomaly. I do however completely understand "game balance is balance". ...but it's fun to poke fun at it nonetheless. -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  3. While traveling though the wasteland, I saw what looked like a horizontal gout of flame. I shook my head, said "naaaa" and kept driving. I did imagine that....right? -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  4. Why would there be a "frontier bacon" recipe in a pre-apocalypse kitchen cupboard? -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  5. It's not so bad...bags drop more often now. I'd think in "real life" you'd quickly determine if the lump of infected goo you just offed had anything useful, and wouldn't be rifling very much through its sticky pockets and crusty crevices. ROFL /salute Agree 100%...though game balance is balance. This is called Glennification. -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  6. I'll speculate that it's a realism/immersion thing. Without complex re-rod railings made with concrete aren't going to have very much SI. They'd be fine for decoration if placed on sound surfaces. The difficult-to-make iron bars made more (realistic) sense despite being less convenient. It's the usual thing....all about what you'd prefer to trade off for your particular playstyle. -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  7. That looks like the hard sandstone you encounter when you dig in the desert (just below the top layer of sand). -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  8. A thing of beauty... -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  9. I'm going to admit that I didn't know that. <waits a while....> Nope. I don't feel any better. 😒 -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  10. For me it would depend on how many years have passed since Z-Day. -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  11. I'd like "Things Dr. Who might say for $200 Alex". -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  12. It's something you'd only want after you regularly start encountering irradiated zombies...yet once you are, you're unlikely to find it? Well, actually, it's pretty cool at any level since you can put it in anything for a damage boost. Balance oversight? -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  13. It does cut both ways of course. If the lot has 5 full cars, they'll stay full no matter how many times you do the quest. I wonder why they (probably) changed the way this works...hopefully they're aware. BTW...Thanks to anyone who checked/tested this stuff. I think about it while I'm at work but can't check anything directly. -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀

  15. Soo...what you're saying is......that........ Learn-By-Do is coming back!!! -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  16. And they are not now, correct? I can't say I've seen anything change after a POI reset, but I just wanted to have others confirm this in case I was imagining it If they have become "static"....then all I can say is...boring choice 😕 Thanks, -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  17. I'm trying to remember... Didn't POIs previously randomize the state of containers when they were reset by a quest? In other words, if I had 4 cash registers which were loot-able (closed drawers), when I reset the POI the number of registers with closed drawers might change....no? It seems like this no longer happens....or did I imagine it in the first place? -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  18. ...must flatten my yard. Must be perfectly even. <---- No dips. No bumps. More frames please. -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  19. Damn...I do virtually all of these things. We should all go for beers or something! While I always took all the plastic, I've recently gone really psycho and am wrenching everything electrical. Sure doesn't hurt the bank account! Also... Lead gets dropped...period. I'll keep trophies and sinkers when I'm poor I suppose, but all the lead scrap and coal I come across gets tossed. I wish they'd remove it. Paper too. I really hate the new Evil Aragorn zombie, and will always stop whatever I'm doing to kill him. There's something about him..... grrrrr. Every tree stump...every time. No perk points spent to receive recipes of any kind. (No choice now with seed recipes due to the need for farming. 😕) If the way around a mountain to the next trader is just too long, a tunnel there shall be! Augers? What's that for? -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀

  24. I know 🤔. That's why I'd originally said this: (Too much cheese binds me up.) The command to summon a backpack gets put on the back burner each time this come back because, well... "It's only alpha, just add your stuff back as best you can using the console" But, if it's only alpha, then why not just add a bunch of purple stuff on day 1? "That defeats the point of the game, it's about the journey, not the destination" Okay, then describe the feeling that prevents you from just dropping all your stuff every so often. "No, that's the gear that I got...on my journey" But...the missing backpack was also gear I got...on my journey. Bleh. There's been a fair amount of weird clipping/hitbox/whatever issues this alphagh. I'm presuming that the missing bags will get fixed as those are straightened out, but the command to summon a backpack?.....a solid gold crutch. - Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
  25. Santa's helper says please!... "A command to either teleport your (missing) backpack to you, or teleport you to it." Turning off drop is the cheese! (Fixing missing backpacks would be most welcome of course.) -Arch Necromancer Morloc 💀
