Or do I have to start over? :/ If properly designed, your modlets will work without any changes. They are probably all safe in your Mods folder. The only time the modlets would break, is if there was a change that affected one of your xpaths. For example, if you make changes to the meleeBoneShiv, and they rename it to BoneShiv, then your xpaths would be broken. The others would still work.
