That is possible yes, but I really want be specific with it because it will be a Lobby for the server. Any ideas? I thought about strong arming it in by building a Lobby hub but not sure about the mark up to limit that spawn to one only as well.

Yes.

 

You could set a specific biome to only spawn X distance from the center and then make that biome have 1 instance of a POI.

 

Now if you want it positioned somewhere specific? That's WAY harder. The best thing is to not have the POI spawn at all and then use a server manager to spawn it where you want it.

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but

in rwgmixer if you switch the poi to wilderness group; adding it

 

example <prefab_rule name="wildernessGroup">

<prefab name="skyscraper_01" max_count="1" prob="50"/>

or

<prefab name="skyscraper_01" max_count="1"/>

</prefab_rule>

 

This is how i regulate larger pois, and use some of the Pois specific

to Navezgane in random gen.

Yea I may have to go with your first idea and strong arm a biome just for this POI. Sucks but seems to be the only way. Thank for you time sir.
