How do I replace assets in the game?

I heard that you can replace the zombie models ingame with assets from the Unity store. How do we do this? For example what would I need to do to replace the "infected survivor" zombie with this one: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/3d/characters/humanoids/modern-zombie-free-58134

Well you'd need Unity for starters.

Seeing as this model is only rigged and not actually animated, you'd probably need Blender (or any 3D package) to animate it.

So there's no way to just directly replace a model and keep everything else like all the animations?

Yes. There's another extractor called... Unity asset extractor I think, that will extract the anim files and you can just apply those to the new model.
