It suggests updated for A21 which infers the creator may still have the A20 version available. If it is not accessible, add this to the top of any of your A20 mods which have a blocks.xml file. Between the <configs> </configs> type area. <set xpath="blocks/block[@name='cropsGrowingMaster']/property[@name='PlantGrowing.GrowthRate']/@value">5</set> with 5 being 5 minutes.
