I have yet to find a water purifier in this game. You are in by no means assured of getting one

And sometimes you're like me in my current game and have 5.  But my two previous games I never found one.

idk, im finding those in every trader stock i just dont need more than one.

Are you sure you're not getting this confused with the water filter because every trader has a water filter. I haven't seen a water purifier mod for your helmet at all. If you are seeing water filter mods this common, the next game you start might be entirely different.
