Playing on Dedicated server with 3 of my friends and get around 30 to 37 fps during Blood Moon.

My Pc spec: I7-7700K - 32G of ram - 1080 TI - 1TB SSD. (Lowest Setting)

 

Usually I got around 125 FPS to 157 FPS but when Blood moon come, it just drop badly.

 

Do you guys have any fixes for this situation? Thank you so much.

From your specs, it looks like your CPU would be the issue. This game is really CPU intensive when it needs to control a large number entities.

Seems odd - I get ~60fps with a 4790k and a 1070ti on a full 64 zombie BMH. Granted, that's single player.

 

If the cpu is really the bottleneck, try turning off occlusion. That should relieve some pressure off the cpu and sacrifice some gpu performance.

 

Perhaps try lowering dynamic mesh settings, especially distance?

 

You could also try the tweak in this thread to further offload cpu work to the gpu.

 

Try each tweak separately and then combined to get an idea of which is working for you (if any do indeed work).

Is this on a server or on a SP game? Reduce the # of simultaneous zombies.
