Friends keep getting kicked from my dedicated server and can't figure out why.

I run a dedicated server from my PC for a couple of friends and myself to play on. Ever since we've switched to PC 7 Days from PlayStation, we've had issues of them being kicked seemingly randomly. They're running the game on some Macbooks apparently, so I assume that it could be their hardware having issues running the game well and that causes them to lose connection to the server. But the thing about that is that they say they have the exact same type of macbook bought around the same time and one gets kicked from the server far more often than the other. Like disproportionately so. During a few hours session with them, the one friend can get kicked from the server like 5 to 10 times while the other only drops maybe once or twice.

We play with a fair amount of mods on the server, but after updating to alpha 20 we've disabled all the mods and they still get kicked a lot. I'm not the kind of person who hosts game servers often, so I'm not really sure if its from my end or their end. I've noticed that when I hear them saying that their game froze(probably due to their computers struggling to handle it) they usually get kicked/crash shortly after. They say that when they host a private world and play together, neither or them get kicked ever. Even when they have the random few second freezes because their computers are struggling. Which really confuses me.

Is there something I'm missing about this issue? Any possible fixes that I haven't realized yet? Besides maybe just a hardware upgrade for them. Is there some dedicated server text I could post that could help figure out the problem?

Yes logs and computer specs.  Difficult to assist if we don’t have that information.

Oops. I guess I should have read that before posting this. I was just too busy stressing over figuring this out, I didn't even notice that thread. Now I feel like a jerk.

I'm having an issue trying to post my log on the sites suggested in that post. Pastebin says its too big and I need a pro account, but it won't let me get a pro account. And justpasteit freezes when I try to paste the log into it. Is there any other way I can post the log?

Edit. Nevermind, got it to work. Here's the log. I guess. Never done this before, so I hope this is all of it. https://justpaste.it/1lm33 I don't have the specs for my friends computers, all I really know is "Macbooks". I can get the specs for my pc if that helps at all? I'm not super savvy when it comes to specs, but I got this list from where I bought my pc.

Operating system: Windows 10 Home

Processor: AMD Ryzen™ 5 3500 Processor

Memory: 8 GB DDR4-2666 SDRAM memory (1 x 8 GB)

Internal Storage: 256 GB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 Solid State Drive

Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 SUPER™ graphics card with 4 GB GDDR6 dedicated memory

Your log shows a number of mods trying to load. You should delete those and make a new world.

Yeah, forgot to mention that. We only added mods yesterday but before that there was none. It's odd, when we were using no mods in a brand new world they were being kicked/crashing often. But yesterday, after we added a handful of mods, they managed to play for hours without dropping connection.

Bump, I guess? Not sure if anyone is still willing to help me. I messed around with stuff and ended up switching the unused network protocol from Steam Networking to LiteNetLib and that's seemed to stop the kicks but its also added strange lag spikes that happen randomly. Is there any way to fix the lag spikes?

Are you trying to run a dedicated server on the same computer you're playing on?

Ram is a bit low for this game and so is your CPU for hosting. Otherwise, you can do one, but not both on the same computer. Also, "Macbook" says nothing about their performance since they range from absolute trash to "ok" performance in gaming. This could be anything from bad network latency / slow internet connection to bad server setup to bad macbooks. Keep in mind that download speeds aren't everything... you need good upload as well if you want to host a server. More info is needed to diagnose the issue.
