I got it working! yay! It is just not working when I play on a friends server.. Can anyone explain to me why that is?

Hi! I am trying to install this UI, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it... Which exact file do I download, and where do I put it? Every file I have downloaded, does not have a MODS folder in it. I have tried extracting everything into the MODS folder, but I just can't get it to work. Do I need another program or something? Thank you for any reply. Pjew
